Chris was so helpful from start to finish. From a general enquiry to delivery of my van. It was perfect. I was emailed constantly with updates and Chris even called me a week after delivery to check that all went ok and that I was happy. I honestly can't fault my experience. The van had more spec than I had expected too. Brilliant!

Brilliant service from Louise McDonnell through each step of the leasing process via CarLeasingMadeSimple.
From initial enquiry through to delivery, and post delivery, Louise has been in touch to make sure everything was ok, and we were happy with the Tesla.

Car as described. Good communication throughout.

Lost one star because initial offer was revoked (after signing!) and a slightly more expensive deal offered.

Need to be a bit more responsive to staff requests

This is my 4th lease car with Car Leasing Made Simple. Bhav and his colleagues kept me well informed throughout the ordering and delivery process and good with the gentle reminders when I was a little slow signing documents!

Follow up after the delivery and contract going live was also excellent.

Shafin was Absolutely Brilliant i have been let down by previous Leasing providers but Car Leasing made simple blow them all out the water, There deals are transparent , clear and they are always on hand to discuss the Matter.

Recently Placed a order back in June but when the government announced the Ev Grant a few weeks ago this Made the car i ordered cheaper and Shafin called to match the deal and pass on the savings which a lot of other companies would not do. Will be my go to Leasing company from now on

Great customer service from start to finish

Agreed a lease through a particular supplier. Filled out all the paper work and credit check ran on the WRONG supplier
Then told the car I wanted no longer available have to pay more for different colour
All correspondence carred out by email to avoid this type of lies and deceit

I've always shied away from leasing cars but these people have changed my opinion for the better. very good communication and understandable to everyone. In conclusion, they are among the best lease cars company.

First time leasing and CLMS were very easy to deal with, especially Max. He explained the process and cost's thoroughly and replied to any calls or emails quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process to ensure all was going as planned.

From the initial contact, to delivery of the second vehicle I've now leased through CarLeasingMadeSimple.

Looked at lots lease companies but chose Car Leasing Made Simple because they had no up front ‘document’ or ‘arrangement fees and were about the cheapest overall. The service I got from Bhavik Modhvadia was excellent, I changed the car spec. the lease duration, up front payment several times and Bhavik always replied quickly with revised paperwork. Had the car for a month now and very pleased with it. I will certainly use CLMS again.

Leased an Audi Q6 through CLMS. The vehicle was delivered flawlessly by CLMS but was a disaster for me.

The Audi delivered a much lower range than advertised, was plagued by faults and broke down 3 times within 6 months. Truly the worst car I have ever owned.

I spent 6 months talking to the local dealer, Audi UK and Drivalia (the lease Company), all of which tried to pass the buck and brush the issues under the carpet. I even spoke to the Ombudsman who was unwilling to help as it was a business lease.

I was resigned to being stuck with the car for 3 years when coincidentally CLMS called me to see how I was getting on with the car. When I told Naomi of the issues, she offered to speak to their complaints department.

Fiona in the complaints department took the case over and worked tirelessly to get the vehicle rejected with Audi and Drivalia. She not only got the car taken back but also arranged a part-refund of the deposit/rentals.

I cannot speak highly enough of Fiona, Naomi and the whole of CLMS, who went over and above to get the issue resolved for me. I can recommend CLMS without reservation.
