Just to clarify, Car leasing Made Simple is a broker, not a lender or vehicle supplier. If there is a fault with the vehicle it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to resolve this under warranty. As a broker, we do not take any payments directly from customers; all financial arrangements are handled by your finance provider.
That said, we’re more than happy to support you. If you can share any correspondence you've had with the dealership responsible for assisting with the vehicle, we’ll gladly chase this up on your behalf.
If you wish to escalate the matter further regarding a refund or financial complaint, you would need to contact your funder directly and raise a formal complaint with them.

Great service from initial quote right the way through to delivery. I was kept informed at all stages of the process via call and email, and delivery was on time and efficient. Delivery agent Andrew was especially helpful, taking time to explain everything well and make sure that all went smoothly - much appreciated.

We leased a car as a business and dealt with Chloe Edwards. From start to finish she is incredibly patient as i changed the spec numerous times meaning new quotes to be undertaken. The ordering process was really simple, the car came early and the after care was great. I would thoroughly recommend Chloe and her team, they aren't pushy, call when they say they will and gave us the best rate on the market. Thank you

I was looking for the best price for the new Renault 5, the dealership gave me their price but CLMS were considerably cheaper. Louise ran through all the models with me and colour options so I was fully informed of my options/choice. I decided to order the icon 5 model. The order was processed immediately. Fantastic experience from start to finish and over the moon with my vehicle.
Leasing process was all new to me and I had many questions and doubts.
I was fortunate and was dealt with by Conor O'Donoghue who in my opinion was fantastic, very professional very human and he honestly went above and beyond to assist me.
Conor was informative, honest and always responded to my calls and emails, nothing was to much trouble and there was never any pressure from him which is what I wrongly expected.
My experience from start to finish was just a breeze and personally I can't recommend this company enough and if you choose to use them I'd highly recommend you ask for Conor O'Donoghue

Fantastic service and support throughout!
It was the first time I'd leased a car (as a retirement present to myself) and the service I received from CLMS was excellent! The costs were competitive with no administration charges included in deal.
Faith Babirye was fantastic and supported and guided me through the whole process, which was quite complicated and extended, but relatively painless, with excellent communication at all times.
The car chosen was a Renault Austral Iconic Esprit Alpine in Naxos Blue, which was due mid to late October. However, it was delivered on the 10th which was much quicker than expected. Moreover, it wasn't covered in company stickers and leasing company logos which was appreciated.
I am extremely pleased with the overall service provided and would highly recommended them to any potential customer. Great company!
