I bought a car with them, they helped so much to find exactly what I wanted. But after a few months I started having issues with the car. In garage didn’t want to help out, so I reached out to car loans and Leian, dealt with my case got the garage to admit fault and fix the repairs. So now I can finally enjoy our car. She rang me kept me updated with updates. The car went into garage repairs done, she kept me updated as to what they were saying. Her customer service was 5 star. Would definitely recommend dealing with her if you have any issues. Thanks.

Incredible service
I was mainly dealing with a guy called Ethan Leigh, he was absolutely amazing with everything, helped a lot with making sure I chose the right car, explained everything properly and in detail, was patient with me as I changed my mind multiple times and missed a few calls with being busy but he was always happy and had a good chat. When I chose the car I wanted he got everything setup and sent through pretty much instantly, we had a talk about normal everyday things which created a good connection and made me feel heard and listened to with everything and was just a generally down to earth human, felt like the sales part came second to him and I was a priority, absolutely great guy. Would be using them again in future if need be.
