Honestly have nothing bad to say so far. Really easy process from start to finish. East communication with the employees. Was assured often of confirmation and documentation and was kept in the loop entirely.
I received assistance from more than one employee who all seemed very happy to help.

Shocking company!!! Thought my luck was in when my finance was accepted. They missold me a car that was a heap of shit! Then one man got on the phone and felt bullied into getting the warrantie on basically no choice but to take it… which may I add covers NOTHING!! Apparently they use ‘trusted garages’ another lie by a terrible company.
Complete scammers and the customer service is shocking. Would not recommend atall!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FINANCE A CAR!!!!

Absolute joke …
Applied on line and received text saying Hi Andrew, it's Nat from Car Loans 365. Great news - your car loan application is approved! 🎉 When's a good time for a quick call to discuss next steps?
An agreement for 10am next day was made but no calls made. I reached out in the afternoon and was told they would call at 5pm. Again nothing. See below
Moved you to 5pm today, someone'll give you a ring then. Sorry again for the mix-up earlier.
At 6pm I left a further message and received this
I've flagged it now so the team can pick it up. Again, really sorry.
I then messaged them
Tell them not to bother. If you can't call me this morning on time and then again this afternoon I don't want to deal with such a disorganised bunch. I shall leave appropriate feedback

Oli - total star
Oli was excellent throughout — professional, straightforward and genuinely reliable. He listened carefully to my needs, never patronised me, and was refreshingly honest and no-nonsense. He set clear expectations from the start, kept every promise he made, and in many ways exceeded what I expected. If only the whole process had been as smooth, genuine and dependable as dealing with Oli.
Would have been a 5 star but for the last stretch delays…… and having to repeat “security’ 500 times 🙄

This company has mis-sold me an…
This company has mis-sold me an insurance policy. they told me i would have full cover for a car i bought from them, 2 months down the road i realised there was a problem with my car not notifying me of a service so i contacted them, i was then told the policy i have would not pay out even if i needed it so i contacted them and was told quite rudely that i cannot cancel. i am taking this further with the financial ombudsman and a solicitor and reviews to try and warn people about this company. how can they blatantly take money from you for a policy that wont pay out if you have an issue. its ludicrous
