Resolution reached
I will fill in all of the details regarding my experience with carloans 365 a bit later,
I see many mixed reviews & for all of those with a bad experience although having a rant on here seems good, the best thing is to build your case against them emails, phone calls etc & the earlier the better keep paying your monthly payment. when they stop responding or fobbing you off take the legal route they can be impelled to take action via financial Ombudsman, Trading Standards & other bodies.
I will update my review of them sourcing a vehicle for me from Precision motor group.
The Car i purchased did have a few faults & i officially complained about this, Car loans 365 were in regular contact with me, although I was initially told my complaint didn't meet the criteria for the garage to deal with it, but with further evidence it was accepted & Precision motor group took responsibility & liased with Carloans 365 & although this experience was a bit irritating the situation has been resolved & Leian from 365 has been incredibly helpful.

Will was great made the process really easy it's my first time getting finance and he explained everything brilliantly. Calum made the experience smooth as…
Calum made the experience smooth as butter. He specifically went above and beyond for my benefit. Applied online, got a call in minutes, explained what I was after and he fired over options better than I was expecting. Really knew about his cars and talked about getting something he knew I could rely on. The fella even stayed up looking at cars in his own time after work to send me some car options which was incredible. We ended up going for one of the motors he sent that night, after he answered my many questions and contacting the dealer for further clarity. Once I committed to the car the process of getting the finance was so easy I could barely believe it was actually done until they confirmed the money was paid out to the dealer. Absolute 10/10 service from him. My only criticism is Calum helped me secure it but was not my aftersales agent so as much as Ben, my aftersales agent, was great and also explained everything fully, I did feel like it could have made the end to end of the sale a bit tighter and more personalised if it was Calum calling me back to confirm the last bits. Other than that, top marks.

From start to finish, and even through the unfortunate situation of the car ultimately being returned to the dealership, Carloans 365 have been absolutely fantastic!
Communication throughout has been excellent, and I’ve always been kept fully up to date with the procedures and what was happening. Everything was explained clearly, and they were quick, easy and genuinely pleasant to deal with.
A particular shout out has to go to Lee, who was not only a pleasure to speak to but handled everything with complete professionalism. More importantly, he showed a genuine willingness to help, listen and support me throughout what could have been a very stressful process.
I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received from Carloans 365 and would have no hesitation in recommending them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
