Very disappointing customer service
I applied through Car Loans 365 and was approved for £6,500 finance. From the beginning, I have repeatedly made it clear that my budget is around £150 per month and that I need a white vehicle, as I intend to put my business logo on it.
I understand that Car Loans 365 can only work with certain dealerships and that this may limit the vehicles available. I have been patient and have tried to work with the options provided. However, rather than receiving helpful assistance in finding something within my requirements, I have repeatedly been sent vehicles outside my budget or that don't meet what I have clearly asked for.
What has disappointed me most is the way the advisor has communicated with me. When I reminded him that my budget has always been £150 per month, he told me that I had said £200 and suggested that I needed to compromise on various things, including the colour and budget. Comments such as "sounds like you don't care about this" and "sounds like you don't care what dealership we're using" were particularly unprofessional and unnecessary.
I am the customer and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect my clearly stated requirements to be listened to and treated respectfully. If something isn't possible within the finance criteria, I would much rather be told that professionally and clearly than be made to feel as though I am being difficult for sticking to the requirements I gave from the outset.
I have now asked where I can make a formal complaint because I am very unhappy with the way this has been handled.
I hope the complaints team will review the messages and the way this application has been dealt with, because the issue for me is not simply that a suitable vehicle hasn't yet been found — it is the manner in which I have been spoken to throughout the process.

I honestly don’t even know where to start because “thank you” doesn’t really feel like enough.
What started as a car purchase turned into an incredibly stressful and worrying situation for me, and there were times when I genuinely felt completely overwhelmed and didn’t know what I was going to do. It wasn’t just about the car anymore — it was the stress, the uncertainty and feeling like I was having to fight to be heard.
Then there was CarLoan365.
Emily, Lee and the whole team have been absolutely amazing from the beginning. They’ve listened to me, supported me, kept me updated and, most importantly, they’ve made me feel like I’m not dealing with everything on my own.
Emily and Lee have both gone above and beyond for me. Every question I’ve had, every worry I’ve raised and every time I’ve needed reassurance, they’ve been there. I know I’ve probably sent plenty of messages and asked plenty of questions 😂 but I have never once been made to feel like I was a nuisance or that I was asking too much.
When you’re already dealing with a really stressful situation, having people who actually listen and genuinely try to help makes such a massive difference.
I’m so grateful that I came across CarLoan365 and especially grateful for the people behind the company. Emily, Lee and the rest of the team — you probably don’t realise just how much your support has meant to me during a really difficult time.
You didn’t just deal with me as another customer or another case number. You made me feel heard, supported and like someone was actually in my corner.

I was dubious to be honest , dealt with Jhodana ( excuse the spelling ) talked me through the process, genuinely asked any questions I had and went along with the process ..... bought a tesla within a week with no drama , there's is a commission however I was told from the beginning.... IMO this is how it's meant to work is didn't have best credit score applied on line late Tuesday afternoon and pick car up Thursday morning.
Due to disability i was very limited to what sort of car I needed.
Ant explained everything and stayed on the phone with me till I found the right car.
