Great service
Although, the car itself was a total disaster, Lee has been excellent with dealing with my complaint and finally helping me to get a positive outcome.

⭐ Terrible experience – would not recommend!
I bought a car and had only driven around 1000 miles before the engine completely blew up. From the moment I bought the car, it was constantly burning oil, which was clearly a sign that something was wrong. I am absolutely disgusted with the experience. You expect a car to last longer than a couple of thousand miles after purchasing it. I would not recommend buying a car from this company

Issue now resolved
I was really happy with the service from Jazz at the beginning. Unfortunately, when I decided to cancel, I found it difficult to get clear acknowledgement or confirmation and some of the conversations around warranties felt quite pushy, which made the whole situation unnecessarily stressful.
However, Matt from the complaints team contacted me and was genuinely really friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns, understood why I was unhappy and managed to get everything sorted within one phone call and gave me the clear acknowledgement and confirmations asked for straight away.
Really appreciate Matt’s help and I’m glad the situation has now been resolved

Faulty car sold
Hey all please read,
I had an issue with a car i financed using 365 as the broker the car was faulty from the point of sale.
The gentleman Lee form carloans365 was able to help me successfully reject the vehicle as the dealer was giving 1 chance to repair and the repair failed and unfortunately the dealer became very uncooperative during the process and rejection was the only lawfully appropriate approach to bring the situation to a close.
