Great service
I called yesterday & had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely man called Jon /javier , there wasn’t more he could’ve done. Professional through & through & a great personality, he guided me through everything & even when I thought I had gone elsewhere he still searched for the right car for me. Today just before I got off the phone he found the perfect car so local to me it was in my road, he arranged a viewing with the garage & had already set up the finance for me, I viewed &took the car for a test drive , loved it & spoke to Jon again, he went through everything for me & also spoke to the dealership, thanks to Jon I have just bought an amazingly officiant car & it looks great too .Top knotch service from a great employer of a great company. Awful customer service
Started well, sounded positive. Received a text saying someone would call shortly and to confirm I’d got their message. Replied, told them I was available. Spent the next 2 hours going back/forth being promised someone would call me back, even when I called them…
Awful customer service, didn’t seem to care that I’d had a bad experience and that they kept wasting my time. Would not recommend unless you enjoy waiting around for calls that never happen.

CARLOANS TEAM SECOND TO NONE!!!
Everyone at this company have been absolutely amazing dealing with the issue i'v had the help has been second to none from Matt upto Andy and everyone in-between have done all they can especially when the issue was not down to them at all . I will definitely be applying for a new car withing the next week or so as it's very easy and fast . Again can't fault the carloans team one bit and I look forward dealing with them very soon .

What a service
What a service. Where can I start, special mention has to go to Olly who was fantastic throughout the whole experience. He worked diligently and was very thorough throughout the experience. The whole buying situation was made stress free and saved a lot of time and hassle that allowed me to concentrate on work. All staff have been great to deal with and would highly recommend the company.

JAZZ! The myth, the man, the legend!
Came through to Jazz! All I can say is what a gent, I’ve never had someone be so open and honest, sourced the finance and a car all within 3 hours, he has been incredibly communicative and honest throughout every step and I’ve gone from not being sure if I’d be able to sort a package out to getting me into the car I want within 4 days!!

Although, the car itself was a total disaster, Lee has been excellent with dealing with my complaint and finally helping me to get a positive outcome.
