Simply order cancelled after placing order this is also 1 week later . Wasted my time , these people may be work on winter may be . Not in summer

Support backup excellent, will use again for additional units. Supreme Design & Build Ltd-Building contractor used for extra modification was excellent. Everything all round was 1st Class.

We reached out on day one of a heatwave as our air conditioning units were leaking. Not only were they able to offer us an engineer in a few days time, they actually called the following day to bring it forward. He was a great guy, very helpful and polite. Excellent service all round!

The website was easy to use. The price was competitive. Delivery was sooner than expected which was good. I needed to call customer service and they were great. Each step of the process exceeded expectations. Will definitely use Carlton Services again.

I bought a portable air conditioning unit during the first heat wave and it was delivered the next day! The delivery people helped bring it inside. I was very impressed. The unit works well.

I wasn’t happy when delivery arrived.No phone call or text to say that your delivery is due on this date so I could arrange for someone to be there to take the delivery.But it was left on the pavement.

Great service

Service conducted with the usual efficiency and friendliness I associate with Carlton!

When I requested an engineer visit to repair my outdoor fridge, I mentioned that I believed it to be a compressor problem. The call out charge was paid and the following day an engineer arrived. However when the engineer arrived I told her my concerns, within 2minutes of arriving she informed me that compressors are not financially viable to repair. This is something I should have been warned about at the time of booking the appointment, I would not have wasted money on call out charge.

The team came out promptly and carried out an emergency repair for which we are most grateful and very happy to be operational again

I ordered some pipe on the 25th June. I still have not received nothing and it is now the 13th July. The worst thing is that the customer service is shocking, I have phoned 6-7 times and keep getting promised to be called back why they investigated! Not one of them have stuck to there word. I have asked for a refund and they said they cannot give it to me as they have it down as delivered! I have asked for proof of delivery and it’s taken 10 days to which they still cannot provide me! If you can’t provide the item that said was in stock at the time of order then give me my money back! It’s not very hard, £200 is £200!
