Took over 2 weeks for the quote for replacing a new extractor fan
Their staff came to check my restaurant's extractor fan replacement quote, which cost almost £200 just for quote. But to get the price for replacing a new fan took over 2 weeks and I need to keep calling them to chase for the quote. Thet finally gave me a quote after 2 weeks, it will cost £1800 which I'd find someone else for only £800 and got it sorted next day.

The callout was £150+VAT which was for the diagnosis of the fault, and the quote was for £1,400+VAT. I've looked into the cost of the fan and we wouldn't have been able to supply the fan we quoted for at the price you paid, I would suggest it is a different fan.
