Terrible experience
Initially, I sent them pictures to assess whether the freezer could be repaired, and they informed me that a £192 fee was required for an on-site inspection. Consequently, I paid the £192 to have them come and repair the freezer. They spent a few minutes examining the equipment and then informed me that it could not be repaired, suggesting that I either purchase a new one or replace the costly refrigeration system. I will never choose this company again; it was a terrible experience.

Thank you for your review, I'm very sorry to hear you aren't happy with the service received, our callout rates are clearly explained before we attend and it was clear that this was for a diagnostics visit. The engineer found the cabinet in a very poor condition with flattened condenser coil and a failed compressor. Due to the condition we provided a quote to replace the condensing unit or advised a new cabinet may be more cost effective. As always it is very easy to book a visit with Carlton and make the payment online. The customer service staff are super helpful. The engineer was very professional, kept my updated on his ETA and carried out the heat pump maintenance efficiently and thoroughly.
