Really pleased with the product and the customer service was second to none. Had a slight bit of damage to a drawer on my dressing table when it was delivered, so I emailed them and they replied within minutes! Arranged a replacement straight away. Excellent communication and quality item. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Poor Quality and Damaged Dressing Table
The corner of the dressing table was damaged, and some of the paint had chipped off on the back. While assembling the legs and tightening the screws, I could hear the wood cracking. The edges of the drawers were also damaged and uneven. Overall, the quality was extremely poor, and I am very disappointed with this product.

Sophia dressing table arrived in…
Sophia dressing table arrived in distressed packing with labels that suggested parcel had been delivered and returned previously
Product inside was not packed properly and clearly damaged
Am now stuck at home 6 hours so far awaiting a collection sometime today to begin a returns process which may take a week
Communication is email with Carme and DHL no better in the logistics
Hope you’re products arrive conforming as otherwise it’s a dreadful experience

Not perfect but I’m very happy with the table
First dressing table arrived damaged so a second was sent out. That one also arrived damaged, same area with no damage to the outer packaging. I feel the quality checks prior to sending were to blame. I ended up keeping the first one with a £50 discount and touched up the damaged corner myself with a matching paint.
The table is beautiful and I’m very pleased with it now.

I was happy with the packaging. It was very easy to assemble. It all looks stunning and my daughter is very happy. Although a few minor scratches which I sent pictures of and the team responded

The photos on the website are not what we recieved, nothing high quality about these, shockingly built. Item sent back after waiting 13 plus days for them to be back in touch with me.
Eventually they picked it up for a refund.

When you contacted us regarding the finish of the mirror, we asked for photographs so that we could investigate the concerns raised and determine whether there was a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately, no images were provided, which meant we were unable to verify the issue.
As no fault could be established, the return was processed under our standard unwanted returns policy, in line with our Terms & Conditions, under which return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We always welcome the opportunity to review any evidence of a product fault and would be happy to reassess the matter should this become available.

Great product, great company
Really pleased with the product we purchased - a small console table for my daughter as a dressing table. It arrived fast, was easy to assemble and looks really lovely. There was a small dent to the surface but the customer service team responded really quickly to resolve the issue.
