When you contacted us regarding the finish of the mirror, we asked for photographs so that we could investigate the concerns raised and determine whether there was a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately, no images were provided, which meant we were unable to verify the issue.
As no fault could be established, the return was processed under our standard unwanted returns policy, in line with our Terms & Conditions, under which return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We always welcome the opportunity to review any evidence of a product fault and would be happy to reassess the matter should this become available.

Great product, great company
Really pleased with the product we purchased - a small console table for my daughter as a dressing table. It arrived fast, was easy to assemble and looks really lovely. There was a small dent to the surface but the customer service team responded really quickly to resolve the issue. I would certainly recommend this company and will head to them for furniture in the future.

Never used this company before but will most definitely be doing in the future. Probably 50% of furniture purchases in the past have been damaged but the dressing table was so well packed there was no way this could have been damaged. It was easy to put together and the main table too was already assembled. It is a beautiful piece and looks amazing in my bedroom. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. 100% commendation from quick delivery to end product assembled !!!!

Absolute tip top customer service. Asked for the order to be delayed while I moved into my house, arrived on the day requested, followed up by a courtesy email.
The product was well made, very stylish, good quality one piece (no assembly required).

Replacement draw experience
I ordered a mirror dressing table which was perfect, well packaged looked great and easy to assemble, plus a great quality at a reasonable cost.
My daughter then managed to smash the draw in the first week!
I contacted Carme Home who were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, they replaced the draw at cost and I would certainly use them again.

Love my dressing table
Love my dressing table, and even better to get a free mirror as I needed one. Delivery was faster than expected, and it came well packaged and with no issues. It was semi built so I only had to add the legs, so I was set up very quickly. Absolutely lovely and would recommend!

I purchased a table and mirror from…
I purchased a table and mirror from this company and unfortunately both items were disappointing. The table arrived with manufacturing faults, including incorrect or missing drilling in multiple areas, making it unusable as intended. The mirror also feels unstable and is not as expected in terms of quality.
I contacted customer service and while they did respond initially it has gone quiet - worryingly so
the proposed initial solution were not satisfactory for the issues experienced. I requested a full refund under my consumer rights due to the items being not of satisfactory quality and not as described.
At this stage, I am still waiting for a proper resolution, including refund and collection arrangements.
Overall, my experience has been frustrating, particularly given the time and effort needed to try and resolve what should have been a straightforward issue with faulty goods.

Quality not as expected for the price point
I like the mirror, however I was not blown away with the quality of the item on close inspection when I unpacked it for the price point. When I removed the board off the back (during set up) I noticed that it had several scuffs and dents in it. I also noticed a slight scuff on the paint on the mirror frame. I feel for the price point the item should be better quality and free of any defects. Also it initially came with a 2 pin plug but randomly several days later a three pin plug was delivered.
