This is the second time I have to deal with this company. On both occasions they have been very professional and were able to solve our problems with parts for our equipment on my wife’s spa. Beth was very careful in making sure that we were ordering the correct parts and possible to get us everything packaged and sent over to the USA without any problems. We had what we needed working in less than a week. This company is one of the best we have have to deal with. I recommend it completely. Far and away the best customer service I have experienced online. I purchased an EMS sculpting machine and arm paddle from C&E. Vary from C&E was in dialogue every step of the way, from ensuring and testing the paddles to providing me daily shipping updates. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience or the product itself. Thanks again.

I purchased a S Shape body sculpt cavitation machine and the touch screen stopped working I reached out to customer service and Alice was really helpful. I sent her a video of what was going on and after diagnosing the problem she sent me a new screen and video of how to replace it. It was not as easy to replace as I thought and after going back and forth a bit I am happy to say my machine is working again and I am so grateful this company has such great customer service and stands behind there products Thank you Alice!

I ordered 2 HydraFacial machines. Both have no suction or flow. They reached out to my concerns with a test to see if they could help me fix my machine. Upon failure they refunded me for my inconvenience without having to go through the trouble of a return. I'm so pleased with their customer service that I will continue to order from their company.

Literally one of the most professional people I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, I could not get my device (mini 40k ultrasonic machine) to work and I continued to send Alice videos via Instagram. Instead of "keeping me on read" for days, she responded the same day every time without hesitation! She continued to guve me suggestions. I was convince that the machine did not work because I couldn't see water sizzle on the handle (im use to a higher frequency machine, turns out this machine does not do that, instead I have tinnitus when using) Nevertheless, Alice is Super professional and patient! I will for ever be a costumer with any body sculpting products or devices I may ever need!!!

Product received without instructions so I wrote asking for them. Got immediate response with instructions and referral to video demos that were/are very useful. I wrote again after mistakenly thinking there was a problem and, once again, got immediate and helpful response. It turned out I hadn’t double checked the connections. There was a loose connection (my fault) that was easily fixed and the machine has been humming along ever since. Good seller, I recommend them for their ultrasonic cavitation/ref/red light therapy machines -and anything else you may want to purchase. They are very conscientious and eager to make sure their customers are satisfied.

My order arrived 3days later in NZ! Super fast and items are well packed. Machine does what is offers.
The after-sales support team guided me through the installation with YouTube instructions.
