Advice and service pre sale and post sale has been excellent and consistent from all the people I dealt with at this company. I purchased Amtico click flooring from them and found the price to be competitive but there were also objective in offering alternatives - they were not pushy, they were extremely efficient, responsive and responded to every query even months after the purchase. I would recommend them highly!!

From making the first phone call and speaking to the lovely Tom we knew this was the right company for us.Tom was so helpful and friendly nothing was too much for him,I swapped and changed my mind on several occasions and he was very patient and professional. Giving great advice and reassurance. Small hiccup with the delivery however that was swiftly taken care of. Again by Tom ! We hadn’t heard of this company before and being the cheapest we was quite sceptical however this will be our go to flooring company for our future projects. Absolutely 100 % recommend. We went for the Amtico signature range which again is an amazing flooring. Thanks Tom best customer service we’ve experienced absolute credit to the company.

3 of the 5 packs where damaged, 1 turned out to be the wrong sort they had mixed it up with another order.
I drove over and swapped my wrong pack with the person who had mine.
given £30 compensation which I think was pretty mean

From picking up the phone and quickly getting a reply from a real and friendly person (thanks Tom) the whole thing was easy. Two boxes of amtico signature delivered speedily and safely! Was uncertain about buying online but the price was great and the service brilliant. Tom kept us informed throughout.
UPDATE: our fitter came to lay the tiles and indeed they look great. He was, however, surprised to note that the packaging was very flimsy compared to the usual Artico packaging he deals with. The tiles (Aspen oak) are great but don't (quite) look as evenly coloured as those laid in a previous room. Probably not the case but it has made me wonder if at this price they might be 'B' stock? This is speculation however and I'm still very happy with the service received and the tiles. Despite the packaging none had been damaged in transit.
