Carrot Cars was super easy to book and made our trip seamless with a baby! Paying by hour so that we could explore London and then go to our hotel was a great opportunity. The drivers are very nice also!

This is my first review and I am so sorry it is a negative one - I am normally very positive.
I logged into Carrot today to book cars for a few upcoming journeys and got the message "Service unavailable, please use an alternative taxi service". I logged out and phoned to be told no cars were available for the required time then tried to book the cars directly online without being logged in and was able to do so for the required time, although I did not follow through and confirm as I wanted to know why there was a problem with my account - had I been hacked?? I phoned again to ask what was wrong and the call handler said my account was under review but claimed not to be able to inform why and there was no one with whom I could speak - I could send them an email.
I have no idea what this about. I have always been complementary of the service and given good reviews directly to them when asked and emailed directly when I have received excellent service. I will be emailing to ask why I am banned without being contacted.
Up to this morning this has been the best car service in my area.

We likely had unique circumstances regarding our rental. Grandparents and their daughter’s family, including two grandchildren under age 5. After 10 days touring England, we had to return the van to Enterprise at Heathrow, yet we needed to get to our flat rental in London. How? Enter Carrot Cars! They met us at the Enterprise location with an XXL car, room for 4 adults and car seats for the two under 5, plus room for luggage. Our driver was careful and considerate in driving and unloading our luggage. I was impressed, particularly since the price, when taking into account the conveniences, was not much more than our initial car into London 10 days earlier. I was impressed such that we booked again for the trip back out to the airport a few days later. Again, a considerate driver, with car seats installed, etc. I will definitely use CC again when returning to London.

Our flight from Greece was delayed, when I called Carrot Cars I spoke with Sarah, who went out of her way to secure a driver to meet us, her customer service was excellent. The driver met us at the airport on time, was courteous and polite. This is not the first time we have used Carrot cars and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The usual excellent service from Carrot. Easy to book, with decent pricing, and so we are always happy to know they will be waiting at Heathrow and we will have a calm journey back to our home. Our driver - Onyeabo Chekwume Ogboli - was a credit to the firm, cheerful and efficient, got us out of the airport quickly and his vehicle was, as always with Carrot, immaculate, nice temperature, and quiet. It's why we always choose Carrot as the last stage of a long journey home.

The driver, the car, the courtesy, the promptness. An excellent service easily worth the price.

Usually rate Carrot cars five star, but this booking was a little disappointing.

As usual the car was on time and the driver was a very pleasant man.

However, I had booked a larger car. The reason being there were four of us and as it has been extremely hot, I did not want three people squashed on the back seat with one in the front.
When the car arrived it looked to be a four seater. I expressed disappointment and was shown that there was a row of seats that could be put in place. However, this didn't really work as one of the back seats was put up, and I was asked to sit in the front next to the driver. This meant that it was difficult to join in the conversation with my friends and we had a rather odd configuration of me in the front, two in the middle and one in the back seat that had been unfolded.
It is disappointing because I may as well have booked a standard car and saved myself the money that it cost to get the larger car.

Very pleased with my latest experience. Driver was on time, sending me text message, followed be phone call. Driver was wearing clean uniform and was well spoken.

Got text message for tip. please give me a set price that is transparent. Asking for tips all the time is getting ridiculous.

Mucahit was fantastic. He arrived as expected and was very professional. He also provided some helpful information for sightseeing as this was our first visit to London. I would highly recommend them.
