Good driving skills and manner for driving.
Despite the delay in the arrival time of my plane, driver adjusted the pick-up time accordingly in order to avoid extra charge.
The driving skills were excellent, not to mention safe driving, but also smooth and attentive to other cars.

Great airport transfer with baby
We had a very good journey to Heathrow airport early in the morning (4am). The driver was very punctual and nice. The car seat for our baby was good and the driver drove very carefully. We got to the airport in good time. Highly recommend.

Very friendly driver
Very friendly driver. Arrived well ahead of our scheduled appointment at the arrival hall of Heathrow airport. Very careful driving. The traffic in London was really bad and it took us 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 hour to get home but the driver was super patient.

Carrot are always reliable and their drivers take pride in the service they provide. Our driver Mohammed, like most of their drivers has been with them many years and even remembered taking my wife to her treatments 8 years ago. The best bit is that Carrot drivers come to meet you unlike others where you have to find them.

Very punctual
Very punctual, smart polite drivers, clean comfortable car. Great to have a fixed price. First driver messaged us to say he had arrived and gave us the registration number of his car making it easy to find him and more importantly identified him, rather than ask other cars waiting whether it was our driver which would have made us and probably other people feel extremely vulnerable.
Our second driver however phoned to tell us where he had parked and as we were in a very noisy area it was extremely difficult to hear him and made our pick up difficult for a few minutes. Shame he didn’t message us the same as the first driver and additionally we thought that all drivers would use the same communication method.
