Cars24 Australia Reviews

Fast, efficient service provided by Tarushi. Very communicative and available to answer all my questions throughout the entire process.

Sold my car to Cars24. The customer Service was excellent. Hisham inspected the car and gave a good offer. Very professional. And then I was assisted by Nitin, Ronit and Ayshi for the paperwork and drop-off. They were really helpful and friendly. Thanks for the assistance.

Had a very good experience selling my car to Cars24, got a good price for it too.
The customer service especially from Shristi Tiwari was outstanding, she would even attend to my question on a Sunday and guided me through the very straightforward process.

I had a very good experience dealing with Ansh from Cars 24. The whole process was extremely easy and quick. From the time I decided to take Ansh’s offer, to the time the funds where in my account took less than 24hours. I was happy with the deal and would highly recommend them to anyone selling their car. I was really impressed that they let me cancel my car registration and get it refunded as I had just paid a full year. I don’t think many companies would have told me that.

Very good service

Process was great. Dealing with the team I was informed. From start to finish it was smooth, fast and efficient.

Was very impressed with the entire experience I had with Cars24. They were very professional and helpful and made the process of selling my car seamless. Also a big thank you to Vineet in Sales and Courtney who assisted us when we dropped off our car. Definitely a 10/10 service!

Sold my BMW x3 with them. Great experience throughout. Highly recommended

Ansh was great at keeping us informed of every stage needed to sell our car. From virtual inspection to transfer of funds it was a quick process.

My Experience with Cars24

I was initially a little hesitant about selling my car through Cars24, but Vansh and Harshal explained the process to me in detail and answered all my questions. They offered me a very reasonable price for my very low-mileage BYD Atto 3, which gave me confidence to proceed.

They scheduled an online inspection, and once they were satisfied with the condition of my car, I submitted all the necessary documents. After the documents were verified, they paid the initial deposit the very next day. Within a few days, they paid the remaining purchase amount and arranged for a truck to pick up my car.

The entire process was incredibly fast, convenient, and stress-free, especially because everything was handled online. I honestly never thought selling a car could be this easy while still receiving a reasonable price.

Whenever I needed clarification, there was always someone available to take my call and assist me. Vansh and Harshal supported me throughout the entire process, right up until my car was picked up.

I highly recommend Cars24 to anyone looking to sell or purchase a car at a reasonable price. My experience was excellent, and the whole process was much easier than I expected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent experience selling my Tesla Model Y to CARS24. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, straightforward, and incredibly smooth.

A special thanks to Shristi, Akhil, and Provind for their outstanding service. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent at every stage—they kept me informed, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled without any unnecessary stress or delays.

I was also very happy with the fair and competitive price offered for my Tesla Model Y. The valuation and selling process were transparent, and everything was explained clearly, which gave me confidence in the deal.

What I appreciated most was how easy they made the entire experience. Selling a car can sometimes be time-consuming and stressful, but the CARS24 team made it simple and hassle-free from the initial discussion through to completing the sale.

Highly recommend CARS24 to anyone looking to sell their car. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent customer service, and a very smooth process overall.

Thank you again to Shristi, Akhil, and Provind for making it such a positive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sold our Tiguan to Cars24 after advertising on Carsales. Process was quick and smooth. Because the car was relatively new, a video and specific photos was sufficient for them to accept the condition as described. They promptly paid a deposit, followed by the balance the day before I dropped the car off (they arrange pick up from your home as well, but we opted to drop it off as the depot is close to our home). Bhuvnesh and Himani were prompt and efficient to deal with.

I was wary at first of using a company like Cars24 to sell my car, but the whole experience was very positive. Their initial offer was acceptable, but I expected their price to come down a lot after the virtual inspection, and it did. However, we eventually agreed on a mutually acceptable sale price and the process after that went very smoothly. They were professional the whole time. I would definitely use them again. Recommended

Vineet and the team were efficient, friendly and gave me a great price

Generally poor communication.
Also slow payment despite having the car in their possession for days.

I had an amazing experience recently with Warranty & Aftercare Team at Cars24. Emma in particularly was amazing! She was very quick with her responses and knew exactly what was needed to see the claim through in record time!

Great that my sale was handled by Vineet..I was concerned talking to others from the company as I couldn’t understand them well but Vineet put me at ease and the end result is car sold and paid for (the day prior to pickup)and money available instantly. No waiting for clearance.Simply took plates off for refund and truck took car away.Very clean and hassle free way to sell.
An asset to you is your salesman Vineet. The 5 stars are for him.Thank you

Himanshu from cars24 was very helpful quick and clear communication

I had a great experience with Cars24 to sell my car.
A big thanks to Vineet.
I recommend everyone to Cars24.

Cars24 has disappointed me in their actions this week, Had to leave a $500 deposit to reserve a vehicle in Sydney ( I live in VIC…… ! ) And, i would have bought it cash. ?
They received my money within minutes to process me into their system.
So, we can’t agree on a way forward & will refund my deposit. Which will take 3 working days to appear back into my Bank Acc. ??
Very quick to receive money & SLOW to reimburse.
