Last month, I lost my car title, when I moved from other state, to missouri, I’d just realized, after 2 weeks movement, my car title was lost, Finally, I decided to use cartitle.com to help me solve this, because I was out of town, and Amy, always contacted me to give me the news, that my title was in process, and finally I gave the news to Amy, that I had got my title today, and the process was less than 1 month, thank you cartitle.com, thank you Amy for always giving me information on the process of making my car title

I was skeptical, but overall I’m satisfied with the timing and the product. It’s not cheap, but if you need your title quick without a headache it’s a nice option. 9/10. The only reason it’s not a 10/10 is the price, but still worth it.

Paperwork has been delayed over 5 days now. The DMV was way faster. All the information was not disclosed verbally when I spoke to the agent when the website wasn't working and so you click a box that says that it is going to cost way more and take way longer to do it through them than it is that DMV. Now I'm at the DMV with my paperwork finished and I'm still waiting on their $200 paperwork in the mail. Basically a waste of money. If the information would have been disclosed further when I was speaking to the agent verbally then I would not have ordered. It is absolutely ridiculous to pay 100 times the price that you would at the DMV and wait double the time..WASTE OF MONEY! And no there was no lien on my title. My car had been paid off for over 2 years just like the company Chrysler Capital described. And they lean release was reissued promptly after to reinstate the fact that the vehicle was paid off. In fact, it was the agent that I spoke to from Chrysler who recommended your service because the lien had been released not to have to go through the DMV. And it was also described as faster by this person. I understand that is not a representative of your company, but this is a second person who disclosed the fact that going through you would be faster. It would have been nice when speaking to the agent in person if this stuff would have been disclosed versus left to a disclaimer for somebody to find online transparency and communication would have saved a lot of this. Also a little bit more of investigating reading on my part I will accept that for sure. But the fact is I described my problem to the person I was speaking to and none of this was disclosed when I was talking to the agent in person the very first phone call.

I was a little apprehensive and unsure of if the service would work so I stalled for over a year to go through with it. I worked with Amy and she was very patient throughout the indecisiveness. I’m sooo glad I finally decided to proceed. I started the process on the 21st and received the lien release letter a little over a month later. The staff at CarTitles are super professional and follow up with you the entire time. They really take care of everything with the paperwork so you don’t have to do much. Whatever they ask you to do is throughly explained so you just have to follow their instructions without the guesswork of figuring it out on your own. I’m super happy with the outcome and I appreciate this company!

Process qas easy and fast thanks to amy guiding me through it all everything happened exactly how they said it would definitely worth the money for those tht dont have time to go to the dmv to stand in line for hours

I looked up title bond I have had this car for 5 plus years in my garage before that the car set in the field for years then the owner of the land sold the car to me, gave me a bill of sale but no title anyway There web site can be very misleading I want a title bond then pay this much money but no, that’s not what you’re paying for. You’re paying for them to be your secretary. Thank god ! I came here and read the reviews, thank all the people that took the time to warn everybody I really thought I was gonna get a bonded title through this website not just have my application prepared,which I could do by myself again thank you all the honest reviewers…❤️

I didn't realize that getting a replacement car title had so many steps. But thanks to Amy, it was a breeze. She called, left voice-mails and text regularly to ensure I received my title as fast as possible with no delays. Her excellent service made the whole process a breeze.

I sold my boat unfortunately, the lender was sold to another bank 14 years ago and never cleared the title. I thought the deal was going to blow up.

Was great at first. They screwed up the paperwork and drug the process out for longer than it should have been. The state rejected the application and required additional documentation. I took care of this on my own since it was taking too long for them to return calls or support the case.

A good part of the fee is what would be paid to the state. They decided to keep that and are refusing refusing to refund anything. The 180$ means nothing to me. However, the fact that others will read this and just not use their service will cost them far more. Should have offered the refund.

Knowledge of the legal system in my state. Their experience in wording is invaluable when trying to communicate with government bureaucratic agencies.
