Five stars for this company and for Mindy!

Good response to questions I asked. However I am not able to access any more on this site than I can on my UK site with the exception of newspaper articles.
I cannot find any marriages or births from 7 of my descendants in the USA even though one article shows that one had 4 grandchildren. Will keep trying for the next few days.

I can see and read obituaries about my relatives from all over.

Amazingly bad text search for their digitized records. Even knowing the exact date and the paper in which a death notice appeared, it could not find a simple surname string. Moreover, attempting to just bring up the image of the document myself using the date did nothing. Maybe they didn't have an image of the document? If so, there was no note to indicate that fact. Absolute waste of my time and money. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They ALLEGEDLY have this paper in their digitized records, but it's essentially inaccessible. And i paid 50$ For the priveldge.

Do not use. Just take your money outside and set it on fire if you want to get the same effect.

Karen was very friendly ,very helpful and she was very patient when I had issues (my error) in trying to login. She made sure to know that if I had any questions I could call and that someone would be able to help me.

The agent who answered my request for cancellation - since I'm not doing genealogy at this time - promptly removed the renewal request from my notice.

I called cause I couldn’t log in. Double issues trying to log in, that is why I spoke to two different people. I haven’t dug into anything yet but can’t wait.

The Genealogy Support person made it Great. The Trustpilot email is slow to non-existent. I never got the warning that my subscription was about end and my actual purchase was on Tuesday. And no the missing emails were not in my Spam folder.

There was a delay with my book order and when I contacted GenealogyBank Karen took care of the issue in 1 day and the book arrived as promised. I appreciated the prompt reply.

Both reps I talk with in the first day of setting up my account were very attentive to my questions and responded with helpful information in a pleasant manner. I was able to follow the steps they wanted me to understand and took the time to listen to my confusion on the ne app I was working with. Very well done.
