Excellent Job done by the team in the Meadowhall RED car park

Very happy with the service received and friendly staff at the Meadowhall Pink car park

From my perspective anyone’s having a car cleaning trouble having scratches on your car after a wash because they use to use jet on the cars, and this The Car Wash CO. Makes your car stay new because they use to just sprinkle water on there car and polish it fine with clothes and sprays. Thats it i say no more.

I have visited the site at Bluewater Rose Gallery a number of times, the operatives have always been friendly. My vehicle has always been spotless and cleaned to a good standard, I visited today 31.05.26 and asked for a price to clean the leather seats in addition to what I had booked, the operative looked at them and suggested I didn’t really need them doing, so he wasn’t trying to grab every penny. I would recommend this location.

We booked online a week in advance and paid in full. When we arrived at the Milton Keynes site we were told they were too busy and could not wash the car. They said it wasn’t their problem and to phone the main office.

Meadowhall, Sheffield. The guys just did a great job and also as there was some money off sold me a more expensive valet than I was intending because it was good value.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have contacted the company multiple times due to my car being damaged while being cleaned my car has been left with swirl marks all over it, scratches on the door and dirt still on my car and I’ve never had a response I have even sent over pictures of said damage

⚠️ AVOID — £300 in damage after a simple car wash!!!
What was meant to be a thoughtful treat from my parent turned into a £300 nightmare.
I used the car wash at the Harlequin Watford and paid £40 total — £20 for the wash and £20 for the wax. We were then asked to pay in cash as we were told the card machine "never works" — which I would flag as a warning sign in itself.
When I collected the car, the windscreen still had marks all over it, and back home in sunlight I could see the roof had never been properly cleaned — dirt and mud had been waxed directly into the paintwork all over the car.
Worse still, the car is now covered in circular scratches consistent with improper washing technique, and there is visible paint damage to the rear spoiler. I am now facing a £300 bill to have the scratches professionally corrected and the wax removed.
I would strongly urge anyone to avoid this service. What should have been a simple, enjoyable treat has caused serious and costly damage to my vehicle.

David and dom were absolutely wonderful, I gave them a car that was 2 years old and never cleaned and they gave it back within an hour looking better then the day I bought it! Highly recommend!!!

Awful experience. I paid nearly £90 for a carwash which was disappointing. I was told it would take 2 hours for my car to be cleaned which I agreed to. When I returned 2 hours later, my car hadn't been touched so I was told 30minutes more (so did I pay for a 2 hour clean or 30minutes?). I returned 30 minutes later to once again see my car hadn't been touched. He says - 10minutes. I refuse to leave and was rudely spoken to. My 2 hour expensive car wash was 10minutes and disappointing. I will not use again.

Absolutely excellent, I had a lot of dog hair in the car and they did an excellent job removing it. Really quality friendly service would definitely use again!
