Marco and boys at blue water red parking were really helpful. Car was immaculate

I have been coming to Bluewater for many years and over the past couple of years have been getting my car washed with each visit. The staff, Particularly Nick, are friendly, helpful and always leave my car sparkling. I haven't had the best experiences with car washes more local to me but highly recommend the Bluewater Carwah Company.

Shocking experience. Paid £35 for what? There's dog hairs in my back seat which i brushed off with my hand so why couldn't you do that? Bits everywhere left over the carpet which i could do with a hoover from the garage. This is pathetic and im so disappointed

I was really looking forward to my car looking great after paying £50 for a valet. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A part of my car (the wing mirror control) was broken off and snapped and left in my centre console. I was not told about this when picking the vehicle up and only noticed this when driving away. The clean on the outside was not the greatest with lots of marks left over. Would not recommend. I have reached out to customer services for support but not heard anything back as of yet.

Very helpful staff, explained different services, no pressure. I opted for the Diamond service. Left the car for 3 hours which was my choice.
Came back to a very shiny car which looked fresh.
Care had been taken to clean nooks and crannies and once again young lady who served me was there to greet me.
Highly recommended. Value for money.

Staff were so friendly, courteous and professional. My car was spotless and looked like it did when I collected new. I will certainly return as a customer.

Went to Bluewater and had the pleasant experience of dealing with Marco who I believe to be the Manager - Unlike other places I’ve been to in the past, he took the time out to explain the differences between the options available and in the end I opted for the diamond package.
I can’t fault his or the teams service and accuracy to detail and will no doubt return!

Pre booked and pre paid, only to arrive at the time of booking to be told its first come first serve and I couldn’t be seen for 2.5 hours. I wasn’t able to wait that long. My requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Do not book ahead if you use this company

I visited Howard Centre Welwyn and got my van got my van cleaned on the diamond package. The staff were extremely friendly and very thorough. Top service. I will use this company for all my company vehicles

I went to their carwash in Buchanan galleries in Glasgow and the wash was ok not great I pointed out areas that weren't clean and they had marked my leather seats with some spray and one of them was rude and they called someone who was in charge because I refused to pay £85 as quoted and I got a guy at the end of the phone threatening me about he has my reg and and photos of my car and says he knows where I live.
So I have now went to the police about it
Please AVOID this company at all costs.

In all honestly it wasn’t a great experience. I arrived and got out the car and as soon as I did the man I dealt with tried to upsell me. I paid for the platinum package and immediately he was trying to get me to spend another £20 for more work to be done.
My car wasn’t that bad, no dog hair but he spotted a dog bowl in the back and tried to get my to pay more for this. I refused as my dog is small and goes in a cage which I had removed from the car. There was no dog hair present.
The man I handed my keys over to smelt strongly of alcohol on his breath which was a red flag to me.
He said 2 hour, so when I returned after 3 hours and the car still wasn’t ready I was displeased but waited patiently.

He told me the car was ‘very dirty for a platinum package’ which confused me because surely you pay for the outcome not the starting point. The car was not soiled. All it needed was a hoover inside and yes lots of dead flies on the outside.

The car wasn’t cleaned well at all, infact it almost looked worse. The platinum package should have had tar removal included but it definately didn’t.. chunks of tar on the back of the car show this clearly. The car wasn’t cleaned well poorly washed, usually when washed you can feel the smoother paintwork but it felt like it was covered in grit.
The inside isn’t great, bits on the dashboard, the infotainment screen not wiped down, the foot pedal incredibly splint from some kind of polish and wet marks all over the leather middle seat in the back.

Not great at all. To be honest a waste of money, I had to wash the car myself today and made a much better job.

Really disappointed and won’t be back.

Malkeet was very professional, friendly and extremely thorough. He cleaned our call well, in a timely manner and above all with a smile on his face. Very happy and will come back again - I believe they are perhaps the better franchise out of the local ones
