Cashel Travel Reviews

Servicio top por parte de Rebeca!! Los clientes estuvieron encantados en Escocia.

My parents and I went on vacation to the UK and Ireland and Rebeca at Cashel Travel made the experience absolutely stress free. They took care of booking everything including hotels, travel, attractions, and the tour guides. We had a tour guide, Niso Reyes, in London to go to Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We loved our experience with him. In Scotland we had a guide, Mar, for Edinburgh, Isle of Skye, and Inverness. She was incredible as well. Very knowledgeable and passionate about Scotland, which was great as it was our first time in Scotland. Mar took us to everything in our itinerary and more as she learned about our interests which made our experience very personalized. I 100% recommend their services for all kinds of trips.

Great Service from Pelin, patient, correct , nice to work with.

Christina and Pelin, you made our event memorable. Thank you for the patience in doing zoom calls. Thank you Pelin for patiently answering all my questions and assisting us even if it not your scope of work anymore. Our guests enjoyed the selection of restaurants and venues you have prepared. Although the weather was rainy, I can say that everyone still enjoyed the trip. Oh , let me thank UVA too as he was sooooo wonderful assisting me in our dinner event. I will definitely get your servicesin the future if we have events at St. Andrews again :)

Christina, thank you for the great job you did with our incentive group. Everything went superbly, and we were very happy with the services and attention that you provided throughout the entire trip.
I look forward to working with Cashel Travel again.

Celina is a tour guide with a soul! Tremendous knowledge, commitment, smile and great personal culture are her most wonderful qualities! If you are looking for a good guide in Ireland then Celina is the best choice!

Renata Wajs is a true professional with excellent attention to detail, supplier relations and understanding of the travel industry. Even in the very busy 2023 season we have had, she has been so efficient, accurate and client-focused that I have truly enjoyed delivering even better service for her clients at Cashel Travel. I value the relationship with Renata and ultimately it's the travellers and clients who benefit from her excellent business skills, people skills and planning capabilities. Thanks Renata, very happy to work with you again and deliver superb experiences in Scotland for your clients.

We visited Belfast and our guide Iñigo was excellent; our next stop was Grenock and our guide Mar was extra flexible and very charming, and suggested an itinerary switch to Edimburgh which we absolutely loved; our last stop was Inverness with Angela, an excellent historian who knew every single detail.
Overall, our experience was amazing thanks to our Luxury Travel Manager Violeta Dominguez who helped arrange all of our tours in Spanish with amazing people.

In the planning process we worked with Marta, Pelin and Christina.
All very responsive. On site Christina and Pelin were really fantastic, very proactive to our needs. We had many moving parts with different language requirements which were all met by Cashel. Ronnie the guide was fantastic.

Everything went as planned, and little extras were thrown in by our driver when time allowed. We really got a history lesson. The whole trip was amazing. Violeta Dominguez Guillen at Cashel Travel put together a trip to be remembered.

Being in the travel business (groups from North America to Europe) I have not worked with many
people like Kate Adkin at Cashel.
What comes to mind: efficiency, professionalism,
reliability, promptness - plus: kindness.
A very exceptional pleasure - THANK YOU !

We had a family of 3, one with difficulties to walk, and the guide (Connor) treat them very well, hotels very well chosen as well as activities, and the itinerary in general, focused in the Outlander movie.

Thanks to Violeta for an excellent service.

Great team of professionals, they understand the country perfectly, have the best guides and, in general, is one of the best experiences I had with any DMC in the world. It's an honour to work with them, special mention to Violeta and Mercedes.
