Cashel Travel Reviews

Cashel Travel has been wonderful to work from the first conversation about a group trip for 24 until the day we flew out of Edinburgh. They embraced my 13 day itinerary and then helped supplement, tweak and enhance it, so that it was an engaging and thrilling trip for all. Everyone I worked with was professional, very responsive, and attentive to the important details. I highly recommend Cashel and look forward to working with them again.

Great working with Cashel Travel for our business's World Conference. 60 guests from around the world well fed, watered and rested. Thanks for your efforts!

We just completed a second group tour arranged by Cashel Travel. We are completely satisfied with the professional service we received in the planning stages of the tour and in the tour itself. Great communication, great service and follow-up. The recommend hotels, drivers, guides, group meals, and sightseeing met and exceeded our expectations. They have provided service for our Ireland & Scotland Tour in 2023 and our 2022 Italy Tour. Our guests were thoroughly happy with all of the arrangements and I can confidently recommend Cashel Travel.

Good organiser. good choice of hotels, good driver. good communication.

A spectacular trip for my clients, even though it was organized at the last minute in one of the most difficult seasons of the year, Cashel Travel made it special for them. I want to especially thank Mercedes Godoy for her support with these services.

Good follow-up and short response time for questions in advance of the journey. Hotel, restaurant and transport exactly met the requirements we had.
The entire traveling party is very satisfied with the trip.

Totally amazing experience of Dublin and surroundings with Cashel. Celina made prefect guiding and Kieran, our driver was an absolute diamond of humor and good vibes. Congrats guys :)

Mercedes is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always happy to help and her knowledge is second to none !

I have been working with Mercedes of Cashel Travel for over a year now. She has been great to deal with- very friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend her.

It has been a great pleasure for me working with Kate Adkin of Cashel Travel. As a tour manager and native Italian touring in my home country for many years, I can say she put together a fabulous Italian adventure for a passionate and well travelled American group. Her itinerary included the best of Rome, Florence (including a trip to Pisa), and Venice plus some unforgettable memories such as the Carrara Marble tour, the visit of Cinque Terre, the beautiful village of San Gimignano and other cultural experiences which gave an authentic Italian experience to my group. Flights and transfers were included and all went ahead without any issue. The hotels were an excellent choice and kate responded to all my requests promptly, professionally and happily! She is definitely the kind of travel professional you would need for a tour.

Excellent service provided by Cashel Travel - DMC for Scotland. Highly recommended - well prepared and organized offer. 24/7 support during the trip. Thanks Kate and her team.

First season working with Cashel Travel, our main contact being Mercedes who is truly fantastic to work with. She is a true professional, knows how to look after her suppliers, always fair, super efficient and nothing was ever an issue. Not to mention her positive, uplifting, kind, beautiful emails she sends, they really did brighten my day! Super friendly and a joy to work with. Mercedes was one of the main reasons I enjoyed working with Cashel. As a company they are efficient, quick at settling your invoices, all their employees are so friendly. We are very grateful to work with Cashel this season. All their clients we looked after were lovely and appreciative of the service we provided. Looking forward to continuing our working relationship.

Our team had worked with Cashel starting in 2019 prior to the pandemic. They were able to help us pivot to a virtual event in 2021, and later host our initial in-person conference in 2022. Nerea Chafer and her team were there throughout the process. From negations, logistics, set-up, security, lodging, transportation, tours, and everything in between.
