Cashel Travel Reviews

Cashel helped us to organize a conference in London. Nerea Chafer was our event lead and she was just excellent. Nerea was thorough and a pleasure to work with throughout the months-long planning process. I was most impressed by her on-site management during the conference and tireless commitment to making sure every expectation was met and no detail was overlooked.

We work very well together with Violeta, she is WONDERFUL.

Everything has been PERFECT!

A pleasure to work with you and to know that all my clients will be happy.

Booked 7 day customized Scotland tour with Cashel travel using Mercedes Godoy as our trip planner. Gordon Mason was our driver. We requested Gordon as we had driven with him on a previous trip & found him to be personable & knowledgeable. Our trip was spectacular. We saw many unexpected sites & had a most pleasant journey. Would highly recommend both for your trip & planning.

The best local expert that will give you the best insights for a great experience in United Kingdom!

Great experience!!! We did an incentive trip for 80 ladies and was AMAZING! Tatiana & team were in every detail: Itinerary, budget, Site Inspection, Guides, On Site assistance. Such a warm service full of details and professionalism. Nowadays, it is very rare to find this high-level service and we really appreciate it. Always very attentive to all our need, at every hour of the day! We will definitely use Cashel Travel for all our trips to U.K. (Yamila Fumazoni- Furlong - Fox Events & Incentives from Argentina)

Violeta is a great profesional
It's a pleasure to work with her

Great experience. Violeta was always very kind, trying to help and proposing solutions.

It was a great pleasure working with Vibeke on our charter-group from Norway. High quality and quick respond on every case in the project. Looking forward to do more business in the future. Best regards from Linn Magnussen, CEO Travelmore AS

Two of us worked with Kim Phillips at Cashel in planning a very personalized week's travel from London, to Stamford, to York and surrounding villages. Kim planned a marvelous itinerary, taking us to all the villages, hotels, and locations we wanted to see. We had a wonderful driver, Peter, who was fantastic in making certain we were comfortable and able to reach each destination safely and on time. The entire trip went beyond our expectations. Thank you, Kim, and Cashel.

There was a group of 15 of us booked for an amazing trip through Ireland and Scotland in April 2020. We are American Military stationed abroad and were excited for this trip. Because of the pandemic , our trip was canceled. As per Cashel Travel Rules and Regs a pandemic counts as a Full refund. We are now approaching the end of 16 months since our trip should have taken place and we are still waiting for a refund. Communication between us and management is almost null with days/weeks before I get a response. Book at your own risk. We are out almost $9,000 grand!

Violeta arranged a fantastic honeymoon for us around Scotland on 3 weeks' notice. She contacted the various hotels each day to let them know we were coming and updated us on the local restrictions/provided us with revised vouchers as we travelled around. We stayed in lovely castles/hunting lodges finishing with the Balmoral in Edinburgh. We learned about Scottish history and saw some amazing sights on our self drive tour. Our hosts were lovely and provided us with free food/drinks and upgrades.

Cashel Travel has been our business partner for many years, always very proffessional and competent.

I'd like to highlight services of Mrs Elena Dominguez, who's been especially helpful, pays attention to details and is excellent specialist in the field of creating and executing itineraries for demanding clients.

The company has shown themselfves as reliable partner throughout the years and I highly encourage you to try your business with them.

I worked with Gloria Civillini for an event in London.
Great service! And the event went very well. Gloria supported us before and after the event in a very professional and caring way.
She gave us fast solutions for every requests

Cashel was a superior partner in all steps of the planning and execution of a difficult and multi-faceted program. The steps they took to negotiate with all vendors in our favor was commendable. During the event they were eager to make sure all ran smoothly and it did. I would highly recommend using Cashel for any event (incentive caliber or just a meeting).

Servicio muy eficiente y rápido. Buen guía, traslados puntuales y experiencia a repetir. Muchas gracias Violeta por la rapidez en tus respuestas y saber adaptarte a las exigencias del cliente

Pierre from Cashel Travel helped us organize a very successful event in London, he did not hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and was of very good advice both for venues and activities.
I will work again with him for every project in the UK for sure !
