from a very horrible 2 years of \ grievances with my work manager and work place of. 10years . I unfortunately was left at a dismissal hearing with no representation or Union member to help me show and explain my i side of the issues involved
It was a lady Called ' Laura who is from the Castle Asscoates Services , The best and most Correct decision Imade that day was indeed asking for support as they were fast Postwe. knowledgable,highly supportive and very professional.
A massive thank you Laura ...you saved the day and felt totally safe and happy to face the dismal with you by my side .
I would say to anyone going through a tough time at work with problems to get on the phone and stop the stress and worry and aprehemsuon involved and dont suffer alone . Get castle associates on board with you and rest assured from me that you will be in the best hands for a a positive outcome .
I am defiantly becoming a Permanent Member.

Not free at all, quite poor response and very long waiting time for replies or any information on first (few) attempted contacts, However, Once I got someone assigned to my case, everything run smoothly, and I was made feel as an important and valued person; it might all have been just that the person allocated to me was AMAZING and therefore the reason why my rating is high, as well as their very fair pricing! Saq was the best person that anyone could wish giving my desperate situation. I can truly say that if it wasn't for him the situation might have got me into a worst Mayor Depression.

Brilliant advice. Gave me fantastic invaluable advice on my situation and I would definitely highly recommend using them.

I only had a 15 minute phone consultation but they were brilliant. I learnt more in that time than I did in days trying to find out myself. If you have a work issue, get advice straight away otherwise you may regret it. Had I needed to take things further I would have used them, without a doubt
