The person handling the call was very patient, pleasant and asked all the right questions to get the matter resolved. Under no circumstances deal with these people. They are very underhand and likely to over bill you and at the same act unlawfully by turning up to your premises threatening cut off when they know the invoice is disputed.

The supply is reliable. The Charge is reasonable. The customer service hotline is helpful. Carole sorted all the problems in one single call. The Overall experience is Great!
