I contacted Brett at Arista to provide hors d'oeuvres for a late afternoon fundraiser. I was worried because I was only giving a week's notice, but it was no problem for Arista. Brett sent a list of suggestions and quantities of each that would serve the 120 or so people I was expecting. I have no experience with catering services, but Brett made it so easy. They set up the serving tables, provided disposable plates and utensils, provided glassware for the bar, linens for the tables, and even some ice. Came back at the end to pick everything up. I got some positive comments about the food itself, and the entire process was painless. I will definitely use them for any future events.

I am a executive director for a dental organization that meets for several days requiring both breakfast, lunch & breakout treats. I forgot to order enough linens and Arista was able to accommodate my need 24 hours before the event. The food was great-lots of compliments, the wait staff great to work with. I highly recommend Arista Catering.

Saturday’s food was beyond wonderful. You would not believe how many compliments we received. In particular the spring rolls were a big hit! I thought the chicken salad in endive leaves were exquisite. The desserts were all memorable and luscious, and I am PICKY about my lemon bars!  Everything was very well done, and the food display looked so colorful and festive. The coffee was even good, and that's unusual -- it's difficult to keep coffee tasting fresh for several hours. All chilled drinks stayed nice and cool in iced dispenser towers. I have only praise for all aspects of the catering, and the helpful assistance from Jaquelyn beforehand with menu decisions.

Arista Catering was amazing to work with. They are very professional, clean, elegant, kind, and reliable. Before the wedding, we visited them to do a tasting, and they spent a lot of time with us going through practical yet elegant options for cutlery and food. The food was amazing! On the day of the wedding, the staff was just friendly and professional. They were extremely attentive to not just the wedding reception, but the guests at every corner.

From the beginning, Brett guided us, making suggestions to help stay in budget and make our event a fantastic evening. Trust Brett; he was right on everything. During the evening, Arista served absolutely beautiful and delicious appetizers to our auction crowd. The evening was warmer than expected and Arista appeared with ice water for everyone. Every staff person wore a bright smile. They kept asking to see if all our needs were being met. I highly recommend Arista for your next event, large or small.

It was important for our event to convey quality and attention to detail and we had an excellent partner in Arista Catering. We had a wonderful catering experience with Arista Catering. Brett was most gracious accommodating our special requests. The buffet was delicious and the set-up service was excellent and on time. When you're planning an event, surprises are the worst. Everything with Arista was exactly as discussed, and Brett made sure that I had all the details in advance: from the final cost, right down to the style of the platters. It made planning my event a breeze—I was actually able to enjoy myself instead of running around.
Ok, there was ONE surprise: have you ever HAD an open face egg salad and pistachio canapé?! Unbelievably delicious! Can't thank you guys enough.

Brett Willard and Arista Catering do a great job. They have been catering a meeting that I organize yearly here at the UW. They cater an evening reception and provide a lunch the following day. The food is very well prepared, on time, and expertly served. I can recommend Arista Catering to anyone who is planning a gathering, large or small, they will not be disappointed. Brett and his staff are very professional and completely honest, and are a pleasure to work with. They have my highest recommendation.

I work for a small private club. Recently we have started booking weddings and receptions. Due to the fact we do not have a kitchen, we rely on outside catering for support. I found Arista Catering through a mutual friend and hired them for an event. I will say, they were fantastic to work with, great ideas, professional service, and they will also set up and clean up. to date, I have work with Arista several times and look forward to working with them again this Summer.
