i retract my reviw as ive been taking pure cbd isolate and had not factored that in to the equasion.
i apologise most sincearly and highly recomend this company and tgere produts.
once again i apollogise, i ment no malice or harm, please forgive my error.

First order sadly did not arrive and after being sceptical about the legitimacy of this business, I was worried I'd be scammed...but fortunately this is not the case.

The seller has kindly sent a replacement next day delivery!! Top class service!!

Would order from again and recommend to others.

Not a good service. Wouldn't recommend. Bought cbd shake and amnesia hash. Cbd shake was the worst I ever had. Only leaves. Terrible. Maybe they smoke leaves only but for me it's just horrible I wouldn't spend money on this if I knew. Cbd hash looked good but it's not doing anything. Low quality. Wouldn't recommend. And when contacted customer service never received any reply. Avoid.
Edit : I see that cbdbudshop replied saying that the specific shake that I ordered is described on their site as loose hemp leaves. However on their page it actually says : loose leaf, smaller buds & bud dust as well as stem that fall to the bottom of our industrial bags.
There was no smaller buds or bud dust. And what about no reply from the customer service? I can't see anything about it in their response. Because they know its true.
And after their priding themselves how good is their service...
I will let you decide what to think about it. All I'm saying is that all these sites who trying to make money on their customers and then playing a little game with words need to stop! I was a victim to those pages many times!
I'm not saying all from them is bad but these cbd online stores need to treat their customers fairly.

I ordered from the Cbd flower shop not too long ago, amazing buds which are the most reasonably priced around! They arrive in pots not bags which is a bonus! Smells amazing and quick delivery! Will be ordering again!:)

Today I finally received my order and I am glad to give it a 5 stars. Packaging very discrete and great quality. Despite issues with delivery(which at the end the Team solved professionally) I will definitely order again. Keep up the good work guys!

Great service, highly recommend. Had an order that took a bit longer than usual was starting to get worried but then received an email to say it was on its way. Most companies will have there good weeks and bad so I can't fault them if it's a couple days late. They make up for it with the quality of the Bud!

Item ordered over a week ago, was told it'd be here within 3 working days. I have messaged customer service a number of times and was only responded to after leaving a negative review on this site. Usually products will arrive, but if you have issues with your product arriving, the customer service department is non existent and offer you zero information about your product and it's expected date of arrival (they have since sent me a tracking number). I have since had contact with their customer service who informed me that I was "making false claims" about the lack of service I have received and that I "shouldnt be so impatient" when a 3 day delivery (which usually comes next day) is delayed for over a week. No apology whatsoever. Absolutely shocking customer service, one of the worst experiences of my life in retail...

Edit: further correspondence from this company's customer service representative has seen them refer to me as "ignorant" for leaving a negative review of their company, despite the fact I have been honest and fair in my criticisms.

Simply the best CBD online shop, products are so good quality and nicely packed, only 1 day delivery, and they even add a free sample to my order as I'm ordering frequently. Highly recommended xx
