Great product with excellent customer service.

I had some setup issues with the bike. The team was very responsive with the emails. They provided good reference videos and instructions. With their help, we resolved both issues. The bike is excellent and have already put on almost 400 miles.

I have had nothing but great service from Cbvelo. They promptly return messages and are accommodating, friendly and always anxious to do the right thing for the situation. Rare for a company, they go above and beyond in order to make the customer happy. You can use this company with the certainty that they will deal with you more than fairly, honestly and promptly.

I contacted them regarding rubber seal on charging port came off. And they replied promptly and sent me a replacement. Very happy with their outstanding after sale support.

The bike is awesome love it rides nice and cruises well although one problem I'm having my seat won't stay up where I want it to be it keeps dropping back down I've already went to bike shop to have them fix it but it didn't stay up so I will have get new seat bar or bracket

It's a great bike, fast, high quality, it's not heavy at all, just be careful before to buy it, the size is a little big

As a ev tec for 14years. I likely demand too much from other people as things coming to my shop.I try to diagnose and fix them quickly as possible. In the end this company did help. But do have room to improve.

Great manuals to help with assembly, also very helpful videos on YouTube that made it very easy. EV bikes were packaged extremely well.

Terrible bike. Died after 2 months and the company is no help. I am not new to ebikes and can' t believe it.

I am in touch with your customer service through Amazon and they are not helpful at all. Want the bike returned in original box , which after 2 months I dont have. or I will be charged for shipping which likely will take my refund.

We are grateful for at least the continued chat request have listened to our request. Our only complaint is not talking to someone directly to have that peace of mind we are heard.

I have not been able to start my bike for over a week now. The only way to get customer service is email and text, but still no solution. It’s upsetting because my bike is just sitting. At least provide a YouTube video for this particular bike if no one can respond.

The service was very fast, it was great

I really like the bike. It’s fairly easy to build although the instructions I feel were from an older model so there were some minor discrepancies( there was nothing menitioned about installing the kick stand and the brake caliper mounting is a little different). My main problem is while scrolling thru the reviews I found a review that was supposedly made by me that I hadn’t made. Seems a little dishonest. I give the bike 5 stars though
