It was truly a blessing and my mind was at ease due to the fact that my call was returned by Jack Stone Ext 4919 and my problem was resolved with no hesitation.

CCCF helped me greatly at time I needed support to pay off debts. I was happy to work with them. They provided great communication and consistently kept me updated about account changes. Great staff and service! In the process of closing my account, Sophie was great to work with and very helpful!

I just want to say that the experience was great, i was told that a payment wasn't process because of insufficient funds because one of the banks required more paid to them so it increased the payment amount, and at first i was about to pay a fee for the unprocessed payment but do to being able to recognize that i wasn't informed ahead of time the member of staff which I believe is named Jax S. Was able to wave the fee, i appreciate the service and their accountability it wasn't his mistake but he knew it was a mistake nonetheless and made sure that my experience wasn't impacted thank you

My experience with CCCF has been pleasant, professional and successful for the past 3 years.
Got 2 big CC debt I was struggling to pay off. Ofcourse my first time with CC, so yeh I did not know how to manage it and dug myself a hole I struggled to get out of.
I called CCCF, let them know my situation and they helped me by negotiating on my behalf with my creditors, lower interest rate, late-fee, etc... it really helped stop the fees that pile up as you try to pay off a debt on top of fees. We agreed upon a reasonable amount I can afford to pay and went from there.
Cccf always send the reminder, weeks and again days, before money is pulled to pay your debt. I needed this cuzz I forget, ALOT. You can also see your account activity like payment details on their website.
Shane and Sophie with customer service department are very clear and have great technical/customer service skill. It is a smooth call for help with them on the other side, thank you both!
