While going through the stressful process of looking for a job and dealing with many awful recruiters, Tim at CCP was like a breath of fresh air and by far the best recruiter I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend CCP! Tim was very knowledgeable, encouraging and honest which are very valuable traits in the recruitment industry. Also his communication was great which I think is very important! I did not get the job I had applied for which was a huge disappointment but Tim’s empathy and understanding softened the blow which I really appreciated.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan at CCP throughout my recruitment process for a newly created Product Manager role at MD and I cannot speak highly enough of him. From the very beginning, Dan was not only super friendly and approachable, but also genuinely fun to speak with. It was clear that he wasn’t just focused on filling a role – he wanted to make sure it was the right fit for me and that level of care is something I truly valued.

I should also mention that during this period, I had a few 'check-in' conversations with Mark from CCP. He provided me with initial information about the company and continued to offer helpful updates throughout the interview process. Mark was always approachable and supportive.
