From the very first call, their experience and straight forward, no nonsense approach was completely refreshing for a recruiter. They didn't want to waste my time or theirs with roles outside of my field of expertise, as oppose to a number of other recruiters. I had a phone call off a lovely gentleman called Oakley, who was extremely helpful and explained the role very well to me and even called me to give me ideas of questions and follow ups I could ask during the interview process, he went out of his way to help me find my perfect job and I was successful in the interview process and now excited to start my new journey!

10/10 The experience with CCP was outstanding, specifically Oakley and Dan. Oakley provided valuable feedback and really helped me understand everything about the role I had applied for, offering great support and communication throughout the whole process. Oakley was extremely personable and genuine, and clearly wants to see his applicants succeed. Dan picked up and touched based while Oakley was on holiday and gave the same level of support and attention, he was informative and available to support before, on the day of and after the interview and was extremely positive the whole time. CCP clearly has a great team, and really is invested in finding people roles that match their skills and career goals. Thank you both very much. I am now looking forward to starting my new role.
