Where do we start?
Let’s go from the beginning. I’ve not been proactively looking for a role but came across what looked like a really exciting opportunity to advance within my career and also really put all the years of experience I have gained into something that is going to make a real difference not only to the company but for the customers it supports.

Having not been through many interview process in the past I was a little hesitant to put my name in the mix for this exciting opportunity but hands down Tim spent the time and effort to not only get me to apply for the role but you have a real sense that he made sure that I was actually right for the role and the role was right for me before we even moved forward to exchanging cv’s.

The power of a phone call can not be under estimated when we live in a world of emails and instant messages.

Tim was incredible. We had regular check in’s throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

What ever communication method worked for me at the time was absolutely fine and I’d always get a quick response with exactly what I needed.

To end it all off I was successful in securing the role which I’m over the moon with.

At every stage Tim would touch base even after the offer and contract was signed just to see how things are going. He takes a real interest in me personally as well which is a super nice touch.

Can’t wait to start my new role and have no doubt I’ll be in regular contact with Tim though out.

I had the pleasure of Danielle Clarke supporting me on my employment journey with Blinds2go.

Fantastic agency! There are some good bad, and in-between recruitment agencies out there. Danielle Clarke was very supportive and genuine throughout. It is a stressful thing going for a new job, but when the consultant is friendly and helpful it does reduce the stress, thanks Danielle.

Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with a recruitment company. Danielle was so responsive and attentive, very friendly and easy to talk to. Able to communicate through Whatsapp as well as phone calls which I thought was great. Danielle helped me secure an interview very quickly and ran through some prep and tips for it which was extremely useful. She kept me well-informed with regular updates as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience and definitely recommend going through CCP Recruitment for customer contact roles!

CCP Recruitment gave me the best experience when looking for a new role. They immediately put you at ease and you can tell how they invest in you and furthering your career - you don't feel like just another number to them!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan from beginning to end and he was simply amazing. From being kept informed at every stage, to being completely transparent about how the process would work, Dan was personable and really cares about the part he plays in your journey. I am not one who normally leaves reviews but Dan absolutely deserves this praise.

It is also rare that a recruitment company set aside time to fully prep you for an interview in the way CCP did for me and you can tell that they are a brilliant team collectively. Dan was on holiday on my actual interview date but he still reassured me that he would be on hand if I did need anything but he made sure he also set me up with his manager, Mark, who again was always on hand to let me know what was happening. My interview went past 5pm on a Friday but Mark still called me to talk through how it went and to provide me with initial feedback so I wasn't going into the weekend without any reassurance. Dan then followed up with me on the Monday - couldn't have been better!

If you are looking for a new role and get to work with CCP, you won't be disappointed and if you are a business who are looking to employ, I would definitely recommend these guys - they are definitely dedicated to finding the best people for the right roles.
