What I like about CCP is their enthusiasm to get to know who they are working with, that’s both the business that’s recruiting or the candidates. The effort here is telling as great candidates are presented with CV matching roles in business that work for them culturally.

It’s rare you get this level of detailed interest and insight from a recruiter and I think CCP has this in abundance. They work nationally from big corporate to smaller startups and everything in-between meaning a good variety of roles are always available for discussion.

Transparent and Honest Expérience

My experience with CCP only lasted a few weeks and despite being unsuccessful with my application process for a job I wanted, I have to say that Tim was great all throughout.

He was fully helpful and transparent about, and during, the whole process. Really great energy and explained all the stages of the application process thoroughly to give us all the best opportunity.

I’m currently in my own personal application processes with other companies directly; but should this not work out , I will definitely be giving Tim a shout.

I’ve worked with CCP on two occasions, once as a job seeker, and then later, in role, when my Customer Service team needed to find advisors within short notice.
As a candidate looking for a suitable role, I was impressed by how thorough they were trying to find some positions I could be considered for.
