The tech team at CCTV Direct are superb. The phone is answered quickly and support is top notch. The team are friendly and very knowledgable.

I called technical at almost closing time not really expecting the call to be answered but it was. Lamont was great and answered my question quickly and talked me through which options I had to select on the website to download what I needed.
I can't fault him or the company.

Great customer support. Had an update issue and Dan helped out massively in getting the system back up and running remotely. Would definately reccomend.

Great tech back up , always pleasant to talk to and on an engineer level , not like a tech guy who talks to you like you have just landed from another planet ,use tech guys when quoting IP.
