I ordered my pillow on April 26 and haven’t received it. I just tracked it and was very surprised to see that it is shipping from China and is in fact still in China. I hope it is worth the wait.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this pillow. Everyone needs one of them! Since buying and sleeping on this pillow, I have not slept better. I drool about it-literally. The next day, I had to buy a pillow protector. I sleep well every night. I can’t even say if I’m tossing, because I don’t remember! It's so incredibly comfortable that I can't wait to sleep and wake up refreshed.

This company provides an inferior product and their return policy is functionally nonexistent. The neck pillow ships from China (despite the fact that the company that sells it is HQ'd in Paris), smells weird, and is so uncomfortable that it actually exacerbates neck pain. I wouldn't even give this pillow to my cat to sleep on.

Everyone else here who says this company is a scam is correct. You need only look at their listed return policy to know that any attempts to return one of their products for even a partial refund will be laughed off. There are other products on the market that actually help with neck pain and whose companies have a much more reasonable return policy.

Bad company to deal with.So I ordered then cancelled my order due to the high conversion rate yet they still sent the pillow from within Australia, yet they wanted me to pay for it to be sent back to the US when it was sent within Australia. Anyway I sent it back to the address within Australia and provided a tracking number they claimed they couldn’t see and have now stopped contacting me to resolve. Not only do I not have the product but now I am out 150 aud out of pocket. So then I disputed with PayPal which then sided with the seller as they sent the product! So no product and 150 out of pocket.. scammers for a tiny crappy pillow don’t buy!

This pillow is hard and stinky. Just found out it will cost more to return it than its worth and the company won't credit you. They should be ashamed!

If you suffer from lower-back pain, when you wake up in the morning: this will help. I used to wake in the morning, and felt this pain, in my lower back and started using this pillow between the legs ( i fall asleep on the side): this really solved that issue. It works!

Stay away! I never received my item and Customer Service no longer responds to my inquiries. I live in the United States. The neck pillow I ordered in mid December was shipped from China and, according to tracking, has been at a warehouse less than 10 miles from me for OVER 20 DAYS! CervicalCloud is based in Paris, France, and the only way you can contact them is using email. That's fine but they are no longer responding to my emails. This has left me no other alternative than to dispute the charges with my bank, which I have done.
