I’ve just received my first Charli order of the libby shirt and so far I’m really impressed! Really nice attention to detail with the cuff buttons and I even got 10% off for my first order!! Next day delivery fee was quite steep but absolutely worth it with the discount :)

Love the outfit, it goes perfectly with my summer wardrobe. I have a few charli pieces and I’m always impressed with value, given they’re good quality too.

I recently discovered Charli and I’m genuinely impressed. I picked up a few of their shirts and absolutely love the fit and quality. I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to this time. It’s refreshing to buy from an independent brand instead of ending up with the same high street pieces everyone else has.
I don’t have much time to shop, but Charli makes it effortless. Great experience overall!

I did note some negative reviews on here and I would question the validity of them based on my experience with the Company.

Absolutely love my cardigan from Charli– the quality is amazing and it’s quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. It fits perfectly, and the whole online shopping experience was smooth and personal. You can really tell there’s care behind both the product and the brand. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the Marlowe shirt from them and I'm absolutely obsessed!! The shirt is gorgeous, the construction and finishing is very well done, the design is unique but not over the top so I can pretty much wear them anywhere, be it out with friends or to the office - there's nothing to fault really. Got asked several times where I got the shirt from already.

I recommend this brand and have had a great shopping experience. Got the Lyla crochet set. Well packed and the next day delivery worked out so very happy to have it for my summer holiday!

I made a few purchases from Charli with no issues at all, I've been using the clothes all the time as they have good quality and are very comfortable. Prompt responses from the customer service when needed and quick delivery.

I bought the billie tee and loved it so much I just got the second colour! Its the perfect material for spring/summer. Shipping is quick too :)

I bought the Marlowe shirt in a M/L after seeing it on socials, and I must say, the fit and quality are perfect! It's a great shirt which can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Charli and can't wait to buy more!

Malheureusement je trouve ça unfair ! Sur votre site et lors de passer la commande ce n’est pas clair qu’il y’a d’autre frais à ajouter à la réception du colis !!!! J’ai eu la surprise de payer 119 $ de plus que les 317$ je trouve ça comme excessivement cher ! A cause du non disponibilité dans la boutique du Canada ( prix : 280$)

Outstanding service from start to finish. Ordered a blouse which was too big so organised an exchange with them. Fast service! I’ll definitely be back shopping!

My dress to ages to arrive and when it did I was very disappointed the material was very poor quality as was the belt
I wrote a review on there site twice both have been removed and they aren’t replying to my emails asking for a refund

The quality of the fabric is very disappointing. It is stiff & scratchy; I thought it would be fluid & soft.
Returning & genuinely disappointed as I have bought quite a few items from Charli.

In response to your reply- my name is not Tracey- the set was the Stella khaki and I have your email reply - there has been no reply to my last email. This is a fair and honest review about a product I liked but was not fit for purpose after wearing once. I’m not sure saying my review is fake is the right way to deal with this.

Outfit was lovely - was one size and I’m about a 12/14
the trousers in the set were very loose not tight
Wore once and fabric ripped away from the seam. I was only sitting. So no way could have been over stretched. Sent a lovely email explaining and suggesting was a fault. Email back saying won’t refund or return as nothing wrong when left warehouse. Now not replying to emails- outfit was £90 should have been made better. I pay more for clothes to last. I will now start a repay through my credit card as not fit for purpose. Would not use again communication is dreadful and such a shame as the item was really nice otherwise.
