It's a shame the customer service is so bad bc I loved Charlotte Russe. I ordered a size L, my order shows a L, the packing slip and online receipt show I ordered a L... they sent me a Med. Completely thier fault and noone will address or resolve the issue... very disappointing.

the new system of the new owner suck, i ordered stuff online and have to return it so i take it in store,but they no longer accept online return instore, so i have to mail it back to the warehouse and they only send me the refund of 2 items even i retuned them 3 item, and i emailed them they said that the restocking fee is 6.95$ is apply on my refund is non refundable . terrible system even worse than the old charlotte russe, they gonna bankrupt soon, ridiculous

I would give NO STARS if that was a choice. My daughter purchased items from here and went to return some of the items and the store was CLOSED - permanently. When sending the items back we read there was a $6.95 restocking fee.
Had we known the local store was closed, we would NOT have ordered from them.
I reached out to their online customer service and was told that was the way it is. TOTALLY RUDE!
I asked on two occasions to have a manager contact me. NO ONE has contacted me.

Charlotte Russe used to be nice
Charlotte Russe used to be nice, but now with the new ownership, it has fallen to pieces. I spent over $100 and was not made aware of their new return policy. If you buy it online, you must return it via mail. Oh and if the item you purchased is less than $6.95, even if you're sending back $50 worth of product, they won't accept it. The customer service team really does take 2+ days to respond to one email, and they never answer your questions directly so there's always still confusion. Then you email them again and have to wait another 2+ days. I would never recommend shopping here anymore. Half the clothes I ordered were cute and fit well and the other half were terrible.

I give 1 star because I must do so.I am a first time shopper at Charlotte Russe online.Spend $107.00+ for my orders.I figure out something was wrong when the tracking numbers given to me was invalid so cant track my items .I was given a date for delivery along with invalid tracking numbers.It was a nightmere.I have being shopping online for many years and this has not befall me.All the other sites I ordered from delivered my stuff and an email is sent to me from my mail box when recieved and when this didnt happen and I got teo to three email from them saying my order has deen delivered and it is a lie.I now prove for a fact they are scammers.Very sad.This would be my first and last shopping with these scammers.I will let my friends and family know never shop at their store even if they can go in person .And for others it is time they shut them down for good.Boycott.They are thieves associated with Charlotte Russe.I took the opportunity to read some of the other reviews.I am sorry I didnt do before because I would have my money to spend some where else where I would have being happy with my stuff.I encountered all the things other reviewers talked about.Fake tracking numbers...No answer from emails to customer services...Lies...SCAM SCAM.You all would go out of business soon.I for one would campaign to make it happen.We are international shoppers and we can do it!!

I went to the store for the first time I spent a round $ 80.00When I went in the store I was very happy to look at at the produce . I bought six pair of extra large tall leggings And 2 off the shoulder shirts that were size extra large my hand could not go to the shirt sleeve and that was an extra large the leggings that was extra large tall my foot could not go through the leggings I wear a size 12 in pants and a larger in shirts. I wear a size 12 in or large. I am not sure if the clothes is for American people are not because the size doesn’t fit properly and the clothes wasn’t made in the United States. The return policy is terrible They need to reevaluate their policy and also where to buy the clothes for so they can fit American people
Online SCAM! Do not order from them...
I ordered online on 11/25/19 for $160, they shipped the package but ups had a "service disruption" before it got to me so they returned it to sender on 12/12. I cant get ahold of anyone. I've emailed multiple times a day. Tracking shows who received it at Charlotte russe, but they did not refund or return my package and I havent gotten an email since and its 12/27. What the hell kind of company is this. A complete scam!!! And UPS sucks too. All other shippers brought my packages in 2 days, UPS damages it or the service disruption could be a scam from CR but still I'm so mad. **Update*** this place never got back to me, it was a scam, my credit card company is going after them for the money and they still to this date have not responded. If I could give negative rating I totally would, the online site which is back is such a SCAM!! Do not buy anything online, don’t get fooled by the sales! You will never get your items and they wont respond or refund yohr money. I’ve ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Nov 24 and they still haven’t shipped it, also stopped replying to my emails. On the website they stated that it will be shipped next business day but its a LIE. WORST COMPANY EVER. No wonder they got bankrupt, it’s sad I used to love going to Charlotte Russe stores. I just hope some people might save money by this review.

Hi im contacting you guys to speak about the extremely terrible service given at store 6016 also known as Charlotte russe.you have managers there that give hours to the people they mostly like such as sabrina juman and afesha neverson.sabrina blatantly disrespects and yells at her associates constantly.there was numerous times she would call me stupid and disrespect me to the extreme level of telling me the way how i dress means i dont respect myself.afesha and sabrina have worked together to steal from the store.there was a previous mandee store on merrick by burger king in valley stream where they used to ring each other up and change the prices to 2$ instead of the regular price.included in this when registers are short sabrina would specifically not report it in the books as required and would put money of her own.during sabrinas shifts she would leave about 2-3 times a day from the store when shes the only manager to have a cigarette break and leave an associate in charge.i had recently got a new job because the hours were very low at Charlotte russe and she basically threatened me to quit my other job stating Charlotte russe is a priority and had me written up when i asked her texted her 2 days prior to be excused from the store meeting.she has caused me extreme emotional distress and feelings of anxiety working there from the past 2 years.i simply want to notify you all of the kind of employees you have at your establishment.

The quality is so bad right now after they reopened. They don't have the same brand anymore. I'm so disappointed. Before I used to get all my jeans from there, now I tried all the weird brands they have and are awful! Please stay close!

I'm not sure what to think about them. I ordered some pants from them and then saw all of these horrible reviews and turned right around and canceled my order. I sent them 3 emails to make sure they would see it. They did and canceled my order and refunded me immediately. Customer service seems pretty great... I'm tempted to buy a pair of pants and just see how it goes. I have a pair I bought from a second hand shop a few years ago and I absolutely love them, but it also looks like they have really gone downhill in 2019. So 4 stars on customer service, -1 star for the fact they have such horrible reviews

I wish there was an option of not giving them any stars. Their customer service sucks, their clothes are cheap, and they do not even allow you to return items to any existing store. It has been two weeks since i have sent my items back in, and no confirmation emails that they have received them. I sent two emails to the customer service email given, and they have finally replied today saying that a representative will contact me in 24-48 hours!!!

I miss the old Charlotte Russe where there was something for everyone and they had classy stylish clothes. There were tons of clothes, shoes and accessories to choose from plus they always had good deals. I'm disappointed in whoever decided to reopen Charlotte Russe now. The clothes selection is limited and it's more ghetto like clothing or them thinking that the clothes they are advertising is what everyone is wearing. To me the store is divided into two parts. One side is party dresses and the other is the more ghetto side or things that middle schoolers would wear. I'm so disappointed in this Charlotte Russe. It's not as lively anymore either. I gave one star because the only thing that's slightly worth buying are the shoes. Other than that I'd rate at a zero. I'll just stick to shopping at H&M.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin. I use to love this store. When I found out they had reopened. I purchased some items, to later find out. They would never arrive. I had purchased my items beginning
of September. The last update through UPS. Was on the 12th of Sept. I found it strange that I did not see any changes in the status about a month later from my purchase date. I reached out to Charlotte russe customer service via email and of course. They seemed helpful at first and made it seem like they were looking into it.....they even mentioned. If my product did not arrive some time between Halloween. They would issue a refund. Well that was not the case. They then send me some form I need to fill out. As If it was from my end that my merchandise has never arrived. Please save your money and do not buy from Charlotte Russe. Whoever bought them out. Is a complete scam!!!! They just keep giving you the run around. That they are looking into it. BS! Finding more reasons to buy themselves more excuses.

I had order a pair of high rise Jean's thinking they were my size cause I'v shopped at the REAL real life store in my local mall and well let's just say the clothing at the Charlotte russe online "STORE" isn't anything like that cheap material, and when I had did as instructed to return I never received my refund and CUSTOMER SERIVE IS A P.O.S they assume that you are lying about your order. Their “customer service” email doesn’t even respond unless you threaten to write bad reviews. People are paying for clothes that aren’t even being delivered. This company is stealing money from people. Do not order anything from them.

After reopening, it has really gone downhill. This isnt the same Charlotte Russe before closing. All of their clothes are now third party, mostly Asian brands I'm assuming due to terrible sizing and quality. Learned this the hard way after ordering online. Went to one of the stores that reopened and it was mostly trashy and cheap club clothes, but not the good kind of club clothing. Super disappointed with what happened to this company as it used to be one of my favorite stores. Wont be surprised when they file bankruptcy again. Bring back the old charlotte russe if you want any chance of surviving, bot cheap China made bullsh*t.

I had a $55 store credit to Charlotte Russe before they closed. Now, upon announcing their store closings I would've used it, but then they very quickly announced they'd be reopening under the SAME NAME. However, now my store credit is apparently invalid despite it being the same store, and there isn't even a customer service number I can call. I used to love this store, and in return they have robbed a loyal customer.
Reading these reviews, I'm not the only one they're robbing. Other people have paid for items that were never even delivered to them! Stay far, far away from these crooks. They should honestly be sued.
Refund
I bought shoes, took days to get a tracking number... they didn’t even arrive at the right time. Then they didn’t fit. So I sent them back for a full refund. They gave me $8. My total price was $22. So I didn’t get barely anything back due to a re-stocking fee that wasn’t even disclosed on the refund slip? Unbelievable. I will never buy from this company ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This is not the same as the old Charlotte Russe! I previously shopped here all the time. I loved the and selection before. I am plus size and there just isnt much to choose from now. Dont even bother the new Charlotte Russe sucks!
