Charlotte Russe re-opend last year, now were in a Covid pandemic and this store has no clue about how to handle anything. Their store has terrible inventory, and they don't take returns, don't waste your time shopping here. They need to close or change the way they do business.

I purchased a jacket which took over a month to arrive. When it arrived, it was garbage and unlike the photos. The photos show a wool, embellished jacket. What I received was children's halloween costume/pajama material. When I wrote to them explaining my dissatisfaction and complete false advertising, they told me I had to pay to ship it back to China which was 1/2 of what I paid for the ugly thing. Luckily, I disputed the charge and my credit card refunded me. However, to anyone thinking about purchasing from Charloy...I warn you to NOT!

I had place an order on 9/4 and didn’t receive my package until 2 weeks later, I tried on the cloths and it fit to big or it was too small I went to my local mall to go return the cloths @ Riverside CA. turns out the store doesn’t do returns only exchange, The cashier said I had to return everything by mail so I tried calling customer service and we’ll the number provided on the internet doesn’t even work. I had to pay out of my pocket a usps label and to top it off I had to white down all the UPC’s, color, size and reason of return on a paper provide from Charlotte Russe. It was my first time shopping here and I really don’t recommend you buying from this store. Awful customer service I would give this store 0 stars

I made an online purchase on 9/1/2020. I called UPS and they lost my package. I sent several emails to this company and no reply back. I made a claim with UPS. There is no customer serverice number for charlotte russe. I want my package or my refund..

I usually love this store but today I had a pretty bad experience with the employees. I’ve never had a good experience with the employees but what do expect from a cheap place like Charlotte Russe. I was at the Mall of NH with a few friends and the employees were right behind us from the time we entered the store to the time we left. I was incredibly uncomfortable and even at times they were getting closer than 6 feet. One of my friends tried on a jacket and as soon as she put it on the employees rushed to tell her that wasn’t allowed. We understood and took the jacket off and proceeded with our shopping, no big deal. Not long after that I noticed the employees getting closer and less discrete about watching us, they even called security!! We were the only ones in the store and we are all very small so it seemed extreme to get two security guards. Not to mention we weren’t doing anything that may seem like theft or public nuisance. We had no problems with any other stores or employees in the entire mall, in fact the employees in the mall were actually much nicer than usual. My best guess is the employees assumed we would steal since we were a group of teens. The only reason I didn’t leave about 5 minutes after we got there was because my some what unobservant friend loved the store and didn’t notice the employees stalking us.
To sum things up, the employees were rude, unpleasant and honestly creepy. Don’t come here, just go to romwe. Same quality and pricing and we’ve never had a bad experience in the four years of shopping there. To top it all off, they were not wearing their masks correctly, which made them getting so close so much more uncomfortable.

The clothing is cheap and falls apart easy, but the prices and styles keep me coming. If it weren’t for the fact that fast fashion is horrid for the environment and the employees weren’t so creepy, I’d keep coming, but I think that pushed Charlotte Russe into going from a ok store to a bad store.

My local store didn’t want to refund me for an online return I brought to the store that didn’t fit me, instead I was told I could only be given a merchandise only gift card and she also told me I could contact customer service and they’d help me use my gift card online. Well, first off there is no number you can call. Second of all, I emailed them and the response is that they “can’t help me place an order online with the merchandise only gift card at this time”. $60 dollars down the drain since my local store has nothing good for their clothing selection.

I have tried reaching out several different ways with no luck. Placed an order on 6/1 and have had ZERO updates on my item. My card was charged the full amount and I would like to know where my item is or atleast a response to my emails and messages. I have not found one customer service number that works. Extremely disappointing. I have never had this problem with an order from here but now I will stray away and let friends know this is a scam now. I want my product or a refund of my money.

They said they would provide me a prepaid label for my return due to having a terrible experience in store when I was refused a return (the email confirms they were wrong to refuse me). Once I gave them my order number (which they asked for to provide the label) they stopped responding. I have been trying to get back in contact for days! So sad I have to stop shopping here because they can not be trusted.

My wife tried to return two items that did not fit (She could not try on at the store) and had the receipt. The manager at the San Tan Mall store said they won’t refund or exchange merchandise. This is unbelievable service considering you cannot try on the clothes. They did not say you cannot return or exchange items but said there are signs that tell you this (they are mixed in with all the numerous sale signs). My wife was so upset that she asked me to write this review. She will never shop there again.

Honestly, I been waiting over a week for my package,which was sent via UPS surepost. And ups claims to have attempted delivery and supposed to have left a sticker, No sticker and now noone knows where my package is. I will not order from Charlotte Russe again. This is very unacceptable and I have no way to contact anyone about my items. Thanks but no thanks .

same issue as others posted!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU PROPERLY- how can companies get away with this??? and the customer service just STOPPED responding. Negligence, disrespect, POOR customer service

If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY ONLINE I repeat do not buy online. I had problems with returning my order and it took them up to 3 months to give me my refund. I returned my whole order and they don’t allow online returns in store so I had to ship everything back. Pay for shipping etc. I got the update they received it from the carrier but when I contacted Charlotte Russe customer service they said they have not received it. Then after WEEKS of my contacting them they finally responded and said that my bank needs to refund me which is false. So I went back and forth with them and my bank until my bank finally disputed them. Ultimately my bank and I had to do everything since Charlotte Russe customer service is incompetent. My refund was for 170.00 by the way not just like 25 bucks. And they kept refusing to refund me. They also don’t have a number for you to call online so you can only contact through email which takes even longer. Trust me the clothing and quality is not worth the hassle.

I ordered some clothes online recently. I got them when they were expected to arrive, in the right size and color, and without anything damaged. The problem that I have with CR is that the clothes are very flimsy and they clearly charge far more than the garments are worth. There are no reviews on the site, which is very shady to me. It's clear as to why, because one of the items I ordered is shaped so strangely I'm not sure who it would fit. I ordered 3 items, two of which I considered returning, but decided against because it sounds like it would be more trouble than it's worth. I am disappointed in the experience to say the least, and I can't even leave a bad review under the items I didn't like.

I experienced all of the same things that everyone else that gave Charlotte Russe a bad rating. The ONLY one person that gave 5-stars to this business probably is a lying representative for the swindlers of Charlotte Russe. In a nutshell, I filed a police report against this business because I do believe they are are just scammers taking consumers' money and not delivering product. We the customers are simply funding this failing business to stay afloat enough to continue to rip off people. Additionally, I reported the business to Better Business Bureau and I encourage all scammed victims of this company to do the exact same thing!!

Maybe something will begin to happen!

The clothes that I got were amazing. One thing was left out but they refunded my money right away. I recommend!

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I HAD TO DO AN ONLINE RETURN BECAUSE THE STORE NEAR ME CLOSED. SO IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND. I'VE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM THREE TIMES BY EMAIL, FOUR TIMES BY PHONE. THEIR RESPONSE BY EMAIL IS JUST APOLOGIZING FOR THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING AND WHEN I CALL IT HANGS UP ON ME WHEN I SELECT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING A REFUND WAS ISSUED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT! ALL IN ALL ITS JUST BS AND GETTING THE RUNAROUND. SO DONT EXPECT A REFUND FROM ONLINE ORDER BECAUSE YOU WONT GET IT. I SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT ON SOMETHING I CANT GET BACK . HOW COULD THEY DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND GET AWAY WITH THIS. BS!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ANY STARS!!

They are taking money from customers by sending them cheap clothes that quickly tear, or just only sending people half their order. They also refuse to acknowledge a store credit I have. They should be sued.

Long story short, I was browsing through the online and accidentally clicked apple pay. To my surprise, the order went through. I tried to contact them as soon as the order was placed because 1, the shipping address was incorrect and 2, it was an accidental purchase. Not even 24 hours has passed and they got back to me telling me that I can't cancel or update the shipping address because IT ALREADY HAS BEEN SHIPPED! not even 24 hours!!! Very unprofessional and a bunch of liars! I hope they get bankrupt again soon! Ridiculous!!! If I could give negative stars, I DEFINITELY WOULD!

I was trying to contact the manager at the store however apparently there isn't one working tonight. I need to speak with somebody in upper management regarding a very serious matter which occurred today at the oak Park Mall store number *** today March 3rd at 1:30 p.m. I have the receipt with the cashier number ***-**** transaction number was **** and it's stating that the store number is **** and the salesperson number is nine nine nine. To make a long story short I have two older daughters which one into the store today to purchase some items my daughters who weigh approximately 135 lbs and other daughter weighs approximately 240 lbs. A few years ago when the store was at oak Park Mall they had a plus size section and one my daughter today went into the store that reopened she had inquired where that section was and was informed by two younger girls who were the only ones working in the store at the time that heavier people only shop online and they don't have section in the store any longer and to make matters worse she was there purchasing a gift for her sister who was with her which she did end up doing by the way because her sister really wanted some clothes from there. and when purchasing the girls were snotty laughing and asking the heavier-set daughter if it was going to be two separate transactions and if they needed their own bags or if it was to go in one bag for my other daughter. their ages are 18 and 21 and long story short the one they were making fun of was the younger of the two. they went ahead with their purchase kept the receipt and left the store and my 18 year old who has been fighting obesity and pre-diabetic disorder since she was in elementary school did not need to be in a situation such as what occurred today. I realize it will take a little bit of time for you to review the information and respond to me regarding this and hopefully requesting for my daughter's phone number for direct apology. I'm hopeful to hear from someone very soon regarding this incident.
