Charter-a Reviews

Excellent experience with Charter-A! Everything was perfectly organised, from the booking process to the helicopter transfer. The team was extremely professional, efficient and attentive to every detail. Smooth, comfortable and punctual service throughout. A special thanks to Martin and the entire team for their outstanding assistance. Highly recommended, and we will definitely use their services again!

Fantastic efficient service with regular updates and information
Very slick

We have used Mark and Martin for many years and numerous routes and different sizes of aircraft. Every flight has been flawless from start to finish. You cannot wish for nicer people to deal with. We will never use anyone else. Staff at various airports always praise them too so you know you are in good hands.

Communication is spot on. Company is flexible even with our time changes! Really appreciate the one call and everything is taken care of. Makes my job easy!

Excellent communication and experienced staff

Was able to secure an after hours charter that no other company was able to help us with.

We had to fly a 15 week old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy home from Estonia to Biggin Hill and chose to use Mark at Charter-a. He was fabulous from start to finish; telling us exactly what paperwork was required and even keeping me calm when the Estonian breeder wasn’t quite as responsive as I would’ve wished! He dealt with a last minute change of aircraft brilliantly, even covering the cost of the improved jet and ensuring that our catering was transferred across smoothly. He even ensured that the watermelon we’d mentioned our puppy loved was provided as part of the extensive fruit platter! A thoroughly professional service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him wholeheartedly. Thanks Mark

My thanks to Ben Banatar and Martin Banatar
for your outstanding service on my recent trip, your interaction and organization whilst I was so far away (Australia) was great. One the day our pilot was professional and friendly.
Thank you for your excellent service.

Ben Benatar and Martin Benatar were extremely organized and helpful to us in chartering a flight to Cherbourg, France from Brighton, UK. Totally professional and pleasant to deal with, no matter how many questions I asked. The pilots were great, the aircraft was spotless, it was all we had anticipated and more. I would recommend them highly and look forward to doing business with them again.

My experience was stellar! They were incredibly responsive and helpful. I needed a trip booked as soon as possible and Martin made it happen. If you need fast AND premium service, book with Charter-A. They also handled the guests with great care.

Thank you, Charter-A!

Charter-a provided the perfect plane and experience for my family holiday to Faro. Communication was faultless and I wouldn't hesitate using them again

My family and I all had a excellent experience with Charter-A. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional.
The service on the day was fantastic — everything ran smoothly and Mark and Melissa were both amazing. I would highly recommend Charter-A.

Working with Mark and the team was a seamless experience. Communication throughout was clear and efficient, everything was delivered with professionalism, and our clients had an unforgettable time in the helicopters! Huge thanks to everyone involved—we’d be delighted to book with the team again in the future.

Recently engaged Charter-A for a helicopter flight to/from Silverstone F1. From the start Martin was helpful and informative. The whole process was easy. There was a hiccup at the Silverstone end but I want to highlight that this was not the fault of Charter-A, yet Martin went out of his way to ensure that everything worked out smoothly. I cannot recommend enough and the whole trip was amazing.

Work colleague gave me Charter-a's details as I needed help planning a weekend break for my wife and friends. Le Touquet they said, wow great choice and the right choice of aircraft. Thank you to the Charter-a team, your wealth of knowledge about Le Touquet and making everything run smoothly was superb

I cannot thank the Charter a team enough for the speedy approach they took to get me and my team from London to the south of France in one of their jets.

We are moving to Fuerteventura and the options of getting our anxious dog there were limited. My husband and dog flew out last week and it was an amazing experience for them. Martin was brilliant at arranging everything from start to finish

Great staf and service. The plain was an amazing experience.

I have used Charter A on a few occasions over the last couple of years. Mark is extremely responsive and very good at organising all aspects of your travel. I would highly recommend using them if you want a fanatic personal and professional experience. Nothing seems to be too much for them!! - Max H.
