Charter-a Reviews

Martin and his company Charter-A have been a reliable source of aircraft for me and my clients for many years. On several occasions coming through for us when others have failed or said 'not possible'. This week, they pulled out the stops late at night to get a last minute international flight to a tricky destination organized for us. Very impressive.

You expect good service with private jets, Charter-a exceeded those expectations.

Impeccable communication, excellent service sensible pricing, and reassuringly professional.

Fantastic Service. Mark and his team could not have done more for us, competitively priced while delivering a 6 star service. we have been using Charter-a for a number of years and everything has surpassed our expectations.

Thanks to Martin Benetar and the team at Charter-a Ltd we have one of the smoothest flights we have experienced. Well planned and with great attention to detail.

Based on the companies we have used before, Charter-a Ltd are in a league of their own.

A great company to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending Charter-a. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The service from Martin was excellent from start to finish. We had 2 dogs we were bringing with us and were concerned about the paperwork but we needn't have been as everything was dealt with efficiently via e-mail.

Would not hesitate to recommend Charter-A to anyone looking for friendly and efficient service.

Martin had to source another aircraft and operator after a lightning strike rendered the original aircraft out of operation. He didn’t miss a beat and managed to source a similar plane and excellent crew to meet our exact itinerary after a long flight from Australia to London. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from Mark and the team. Mark kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process, giving us the best advice to select the right aircraft for our needs. We have used Charter A many times to arrange our Jets, great service and great value. Thanks

Absolutely 100% Fantastic experience . 7 of us took the Jet from Bristol to Barcelona for a works Conference and the time saved along with relaxed environment made the the journey from start to end a pleasure.

This is the second time I have used Charter-a and always found my contact Martin to be proffesional and knowledgeable when sourcing aircraft for wherever I need to go.
will definatley use again.

Very efficient and helpful. Martin was fantastic and flexible during the booking process and helped recover my sons passport that he left on the helicopter..
Would definitely use them again

The team at Charter-a were first class from start to finish for our trip.

All aspects were taken care of by the team and nothing was to much trouble.

My first experience of flying with Charter-a and it won’t be my last, professional, informative and nothing was to much trouble.

Really great service end to end - all of our requests were answered and dealt with immediately and we had a very smooth flying experience with our pilot Felix

Everything went so smoothly, no stress or hassle, would use Charter A again

What can I say, I’m blown away by the service and the whole experience. Mark runs the whole thing like a military operation and it works like magic, he follows the jets, and is always there if you want him, I wonder if he sleeps.
We flew on two Nextant 400XT jets, they are very comfortable. I was concerned about feeling a little claustrophobic as it was my first private jet flight, but I worried unnecessarily, they really are roomy and have everything on hand, when the car pulled alongside on the tarmac, I felt like royalty.
A big ‘thank you’ to Mark and all involved, a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end, my wife is now worried that I won’t board a commercial flight ever again!

Flawless, from enquiry to finish. Was going to write more, but that's it really. Fantastic communication and very easy, removed any and all stress.

We were first attracted to Charter A after speaking to Mark. The interest that he gave regarding us travelling with our 5 cats was second to none. Mark arranged everything for us keeping us in the loop at every point. He then pulled out all the stops to remedy any customs issues / queries. His team have excellent experience & knowledge, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to make sure we all arrived safe & sound. We would highly recommend Charter A as a company & would definitely fly with them again.

Once again Charter-A have pulled out all the stops to get us in the air again . Thanks to Mark and the team we have a happy client . Would highly recommend this company .
Thanks again .
