Charter-a Reviews

Amazing !!!!!

As above - would definately recommend- reliable, punctual amd communicative

A fabulous service from the quote stage up to day of the trip, as for the trip itself the company were on phone to advice of weather forecast. When the aircraft arrive at collection point, the pilots were friendly and professional, they put passengers who had not flown before at ease, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, I wouldn't fail to recommend this company to any potential flyers. The show we went to is a bi-annual event, I will be ringing charter-A for our travel arrangements, SUPERB !!!

Working with UHNW clients often leads to last minute changes at the drop of a hat. The team at Charter-a couldn't have been more helpful in making the necessary changes and dealing with air traffic control. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to charter a jet or helicopter.

I googled helicopter flights over London and I choose this one because the airfield was nearest to my home. I first rang to ask many questions not least of which was that my daughter in law is pregnant and needed to know if she was OK to fly, the answer to which was if she can climb in we will take her, I knew from then on that this was deffinalty the company for me. On the day of the flight the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The pilot was professional and easy going. Everything was explained before we went out to the Helicopter so whenever got to the helicopter we were understanding whar was needed of us all. The flight it self was a wonderful experience with all the sights of London pointed out and many questions answered by our paitient pilot. He was checking all the time that we were OK and enjoying our flight. When we got back to the airfield there was no rush we were giving time to take photos all of us by the helicopter. From start to finish we had a relaxed and entertaining time. I would deffinalty recommend to all friends and family that want a very different experience of London. 10/10 Thanks

I used Charter A for a very specific reason - to transport an elderly frail relative to Ireland from the UK. From the first call with Mark to landing at Shannon the service was professional, reassuring and above all kind. He understood the remit from the beginning and went out of his way to ensure the whole trip went off smoothly. I cannot praise this company highly enough and would recommend it to anyone from regular users or those like me that have never chartered a plane before. Thank you Mark.

We used Charter-a for a recent business trip. The service from moment of booking, through to leaving the plane was first class. Our team would happily use Charter-a again, and we can not recommend the service more highly.

Well what can you say everything was perfect we travelled with 8dogs and 4 parrots and 4passengers everything was all done by charter a all the dogs paperwork for customs was all perfect the times where all spot on and no delays the flight was so smooth and comfortable pilot and staff perfect and a lovely lunch on board cannot say enough to praise mark and his workforce for such a pleasant and care free trip once again thanks

I'm a first time private flyer
Charter-a looked after us completely
Seamless service at Luton to Chambery, and taxi from there to Courchevel (no flight as planned because of weather conditions), and then in return, flight from Courchevel Altiport (wooohooo!!) to Chambery and hence to Luton. 4 hours from ski slopes to home, and out to walk the dogs!!
Would recommend Charter-a to anyone. Competitive prices, flexible, good communication.

I like to begin with I'm terrified of flying. But this experience has made me want to do it again, and soon. Our pilots name was Jeff who was very funny . And gave a really good description of the area. There were 4 of us who booked in al,l in a ec120 helicopter and everybody had a amazing time. Thank you all sooooo much, will see you again soon

They make things happen quickly and efficiently.

They're just really, really good at their job. Supremely professional, relaxed, friendly and helpful.

We flew to Bern in 2014 for a skiing trip and my daughter and eldest son had an accident on the last day (fractured tibia and airlift etc) - Mark put us on a much larger jet home at no extra cost. Incredibly thoughtful.

They're just a terrific company to deal with. Cannot recommend Charter-A highly enough.

I chartered an aircraft with Charter-a the very first time and was very satified with the always friendly, quick negotiation beforehand. Due to our high-ranking guests the requests were not always easy and changed daily. Nevertheless, Charter-a was always helpful, friendly and flexible - up to the last minute. Our guests arrived save, in time and satified. Thank you again for the personal service!

Really swift respond and really good service.

Hugely helpful - very polite on the phone and very patient. Worked very fast on a very tight deadline - would recommend to anyone!

The flight went very smoothly as well - everything operated very well

Charter-A were absolutely amazing to work with. I have never booked a private jet before and Mark at Charter-A made it all so easy and explained everything really well. Mark gave us all info we needed at any time and made the team feel comfortable that everything was going to run smoothly which it did. Would always book a private jet through Charter-A.

Massive thank you to the guys at Charter-a. Excellent communication throughout, the aircraft and crew exceptional and the whole experience was complete with a South Africa win. What more could I ask for!

I use charter companies for both helicopters and jets, and I have found Charter-A as our supplier of helicopters to be professional, informative and very helpful from the moment I make the enquiry. The service doesnt end there! You have one to one support for the duration of the charter. Would I recommend this company, absolutely! They go that extra mile and will even source vehicles if I need them...

Amazing service! Good prices, clear and true information! I`ve got a heli in 10 min after my call.

My experience with Charter- A was fantastic, from the customer service to the aircraft my experience was flawless. Would absolutely recommend this company.
