Charter-a Reviews

I had an OUTSTANDING experience!
From the first phone call enquiry to organising transfers to a smooth ride in beautiful helicopters! I will definitely use Charter-A as my first port of call for any air rides needed in the future!

I highly recommend!!

FANTASTIC!

Superb choice of helicopter for the short trip. Professional team and look forward to booking my next trip along and the team are invariably worthwhile.

Bloody refreshing, a private jet company that listens, collaborates and gets the job done whilst not talking Bollox!

Had a thoroughly great experience with Charter-A from start to finish. From the team in the office to the pilot on the day the whole experience was seamless and extremely professional. Will definitely be using again.

Thank you for all your help with the helicopter booking.

I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to contact you again and will recommend you highly to anyone I know who may require this type of service in the future.

From start to finish this company were excellent. We chartered a Eurocopter EC135 T2 for 5 passengers back from Cheltenham races on 17th March, this was a business event and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The quotation and booking process was swift and easy, the customer service was professional and consistent, the pilot and staff were accommodating and engaged. We had the same contact throughout, even on the evening of flight we were in communication. The flight was on time and landed as scheduled. They then contacted me the next working day just to make sure our party were happy with the flight and overall experience.
I would defiantly use this company again for our next charter.

I flew on the Falcon 2000 from Luton to Rabat for business and I don't write many reviews but what a world class experience! From the best priced quote that I received within an hour, to the high level of service on the jet, I would absolutely recommend Charter-A and no other.

We chartered one of Charter-A Ltds Hawker 850XP private jets, the aircraft was outstanding along with the crew and staff. The booking process was so easy with everything done for us from start to finish. We fly regulary to Cannes and are so glad to have found a company that makes thing painless and cost effective for our travel. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Well done Charter-A best regards Jess.

The whole experience was dealt with professionally and without delay, we made numerous changes to our booking which were handled speedily, they collected the clients from a central point delivered them safely to Cheltenham and then dropped them all off after the return flight.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough

I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a company as helpful and accommodating as Charter-A. From my initial enquiry to the completion of the flight, the service was second to none. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and would most definitely use them again.

Thanks Charter-a for getting me to Jersey at such short notice when the commercial airliners failed. You will hear from me again

COMPANY WAS VERY ACCOMODATING WITH CHANGING OF FLIGHT DATE DUE TO LOW CLOUD BASE ON FIRST ATTEMPTED BOOKING.
WE TURNED UP FOR OUR SECOND ATTEMPT AND WERE TREATED TO A FIRST RATE EXPERIENCE - THIS RATES AS ONE OF MY ALL TIME THREE EXPERIENCES, MADE ALL THE BETTER BY THE PILOT
WHO WAS FULL OF INFORMATION AND SHOWED GREAT INTEREST IN ENSURING OUR ENJOYMENT DURING THE FLIGHT.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Charter-A.

The company, and in particular Mark Zaiger, made the whole experience of booking a private jet, stress-free.

A highly professional service and nothing was ever too much trouble.
True professionals, reassuring, tremendous attention to detail and made me feel like their most important client.

My particular booking was extremely complex, involving a huge PR stunt with so many elements at stake if it didn't go to plan.
Mark took all of the stress and worry away ensuring absolutely everything was in place and the PR stunt was a huge success.

Our pilot on the day was superb and nothing was too much trouble - again he went out of his way to help and assist.

Will definitely use Charter-A again and will be recommending on both a professional level and to all of my personal friends too.

A truly memorable experience from start to finish!

Very professionally run. The pilot, Joe was most informative and the essential formalities were minimal. I would recommend.

Good people and great service throughout. Pilot was great fun, gave great commentary and conversation, and the flight was really enjoyable. Office staff were helpful and efficient. Strongly recommend.

Hi first time I've ever had to book a helicopter and A-Charter couldn't have been more helpful. From the every first point of enquiry Mark assisted me whenever required. Always phoned me to advise what he was doing and nothing was too much trouble.
First rate service couldn't fault them at all

Flew with Jeff on the 44 taking my mother and friend as a treat.
Flight expereince was out of this world and as a pilot my self, fully related to how good it was. Only critisism...it was over too quickly!!
I want to book another ASAP, work permitting. Would give these people a rating of 6 stars if I could.
Absolutely fantastic. Regards. GARRY WATTS

Had a surprise helicopter flight for my girlfriends 27th birthday 10-8-16
Mark and Tim were fab , so welcoming
Will return for copter lessons later on this year
Top run business

Massive thank you to the Charter-a team in getting me to Ibiza from Paris at short notice. The Citatiion XLS was a superb choice and look forward to the next trip in December for my skiing holiday to Salzburg. Thanks again

Right from the word go, lovely reception from staff in the office. Brilliant Pilot, knowledgeable and friendly. The weather was very good to us
