Fantastic delivery by Danny and Wayne
Fantastic delivery by Danny and Wayne, who delivered my mums new bed. They went above and beyond and even hoovered the floor before building the new bed! Danny explained all the controls very well and was very patient with my mum. Nicest delivery drivers I've ever met - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Charterhouse to anybody - from start to finish, a great experience!!!

Be very very careful before agreeing to anything
Having placed an order on 16th feb and paid 2000 deposit it was estimated delivery 4to8 weeks .Now 11 weeks on I called them was told they was waiting for a motor coming I told them I was thinking of cancelling they replied I can’t as I had entered a contract .I have since contacted my solicitor who advised me to allow them 30 days over estimated time if it’s not here by then I can’t legally cancel and have to return my £2000 deposit which they have already said I cannot get back which is a lie really if you want my opinion shop somewhere else seriously.I was also advised not to pay another penny until goods arrive (if they do) on time .I will give update on or after 11th may more than what this company does.Also just a bit of advice if you made a deposit payment using your bank card please note they have card details to take balance do what I done block the card and request new one so they cant take any further payments .Because the attitude of this company stinks and I certainly do not trust them not to try and take balance payment

Delivery was prompt and efficient
Delivery was prompt and efficient. The guys were very helpful and obliging. The remote was well explained to my 100 year old Mum and she was happy using it, in fact having great fun!

I ordered a chair
I ordered a chair, and the salesman came from there, and there was no pressure. He said it would be around 4-8 weeks, and it was ready for delivery. The delivery men were really good; they were cheerful, cleared up the package, and made sure I knew how to operate it. This is a good company to order from.

Pleasant and helpful experience

He was pleasant, polite and professional.
He gave me all the information I needed to feel confident that the chair would make my life much more comfortable.
