Extremely helpful, gorgeous chair and delivery was exceptional very friendly, knowledgeable chaps.

Dad needed a new chair that supported his whole body for when he napped.

It's so rare to find a company that operates with the customer in mind rather than digital this and digital that - often alienating the customer.

I can highly recommend Charterhouse Mobility from start to finish. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and most importantly for me - human. It seems they've hired people who actually want to be there and who care about the impact they have on the customer on behalf of Charterhouse.

So, if you'd like to be both metaphorically and literally 'seen' I highly recommend using Charterhouse Mobility.

I recently purchased a recliner from Charterhouse Mobility, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The demonstration was carried out by Henry — a knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant young man who immediately understood the comfort I’d been missing for over 20 years with my old chair. Although the recliner was a significant investment, Henry offered a very fair part exchange, which made the decision much easier. His patient and informative demonstration showed me precisely what I needed to feel at ease again. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and highly recommend Charterhouse Mobility!

Ordered a riser recliner and from start to finish the company were brilliant. The chair is very good quality and very comfortable. Had to call them couple of days after it was delivered as slight adjustment needed on the depth of the seat, Jack arrived the next day and adjusted the seat to help my mum sit more comfortably and offered to call back in a couple of weeks to see if all ok. Fantastic company would definitely use again

Ed let the chair sell it self, no pressure he had a vast aray of colours as well so mum managed to match her existing suite! A very happy lady thank you Charterhouse!

I've recently had a lovely demonstration from ed he was so polite and professional i really can't wait to get my new chair and bed

I needed a new bed rather urgently. My mattress had collapsed, and I could not easily transfer to my wheelchair. I made a phone call to Charterhouse, and Henry was with me within 24 hrs. He spent 2 hrs assessing my needs (and asked questions I wouldn't have thought of until much later!) and 3 weeks afterwards my bed was ready. Following good communication with Jennifer in the office, it was carefully (and cheerfully!) installed by John and Giles (a father and son team) and I was shown how to use it. I have had 7 good nights sleep since!

I would thoroughly recommend Charterhouse.

I was looking for a new chair for myself. Having bought chairs from Oak Tree Mobility and Furniture Village, I was not satisfied.
I then had demonstrations from HSL and Willowbrook and was still not satisfied.

Then came Ray from Charterhouse Mobility. Ray was very informative, kind and courteous. The chair he showed us was very comfortable and he also took care of my needs. He was able to spot adjustments that I needed, that no other company had and it meant that I am now finally getting the perfect chair for me!

Requested a home demonstration of a recliner chair and Henry called the next morning. He arrived on the dot and brought in a chair to show me. I tried it out and he took measurements for width, depth and back height. He explained everything about the mechanism for reclining and brought in swatches for choice of materials which were very extensive. A very good company and Henry was outstanding with his help.

Myself and my wife were looking for a new adjustable bed. Joe was very thoughtful and took his time explaining everything to us. We are both thrilled with the bed and look forward to it arriving soon.

What a fantastic chair. Everything from booking in my demonstration, to the demonstrator showing myself and my wife the chair options, to making the purchase was very professional, courteous, helpful and easy.
I have been uncomfortable in my old chair for quite some time and had found Charterhouse Mobility online. I was called and was schedule to have a demonstration with Henry. When Henry arrived he was polite, professional and really listened to the issues I was having and made suggestions that have helped ease my back pain.
I couldn’t be happier with the chair I have received. I would recommend CharterHouse Mobility to anyone wanting a comfortable chair to relive you of your aches and pains.

My friend bought a chair, extremely overpriced. The guy messured me and not the gentleman it was meant for. The gentleman is was meant for is extremely disabled and leans to the right. The guy who came even took pictures of him on his old chair. And as a mobility furniture, made to messure I thought there would of been extra support on the side he leans on but o no! Even the picture support doesnt support much. I've emailed twice only to be ignored.
