CharterUP Reviews

Our driver arrived early, for both our departure and return trip. He was a safe driver and he was courteous.

Booked a smaller 18 pasenger bus for 14 young women to go from college campus to local sports arena...the bus was old, out dated, stunk of cigarette smoke and broke down both on the way to the event and then on the way back...The breakdown on the way back happened after midnight on the main hwy. The girls were sitting on a broken down bus while the driver was pouring fluids into the radiator attempting to fix the bus. The girls were encouraged to call ubers if they didnt want to wait hours for a new bus. ultimately, the driver was able to restart the bus and get them back, but the situation was extremely dangerous and unprofessional. Do not book with this company!!!

CharterUp is a great company to work with. They make is to easy to find a vendor, book the ride and they are available by phone if there are any issues, which is unusual these days! Our driver, Trevor, was wonderful and everything went smoothly. Will definitely use again!

The booking process was very easy and the agents were so helpful when dealing with last minute changes. The service, drivers and vehicles were top notch. I would definitely recommend CharterUP to my friends and colleagues.

Great driver, easy experience and reliable.

Everything was right on time. The bus and driver were great. Can't ask for more.

Thanks for getting our guests to the wedding on time and back to the hotel with no problem!!

You guys charged me for two driver and there was only one,and when I had issues that I needed resolve the communication from you guys was not shift and or clear I had to keep calling to try to get answers the only thing that went well was the driver Anthony he was very professional and on time and drove the bus with care for the passengers

Great experience
Needed to change the size and times much closer to the event date than we should have, Diego was able to get everything we needed!
Dawn the driver was charming and accommodating

The bus was on time and clean. Only thing I had a problem with was in the bathroom. They have to have a grip bar to hold on for women when using the bathroom. and I would like to have a newer bus next time I would use this company again.

All went well.

Everything was good we gad s couple of seats that were broken and just as a suggestion we had nowhere to put our drinks

The driver was patient and all the process of getting the bus went smoothly. I thank everyone who was involved.

Greg was absolutely marvelous, he was kind, professional, respectful, and just a tremendous human being.
The bus was so clean, roomy, and smelled great.

We had an excellent driver who was very helpful, cooperative and respectful.
The company ensured that all our questions were answered ahead of time.
I would definitely use this company again.

We booked a trip to Lancaster, PA on Oct.22-Oct. 24 through your service. The driver was excellent but the bus bathroom had the foulest odor on the entire trip. We experienced a problem with the door of the bus not staying shut and we had to take a belt and rig it to hold the door closed for the remainder of our trip back. The driver had to get off of the bus and go to the back to cut the heat on and off. It was not what we paid for and I think that the people you allow to put their buses on your website should be thoroughly investigated and make sure that the buses are in good working condition for the safety of the passengers. Also, we couldn't get the dvd to play on the television screens. The driver was very professional and patient and I dont think it was fair to her to have to deal with all of the issues that the bus had. We paid a decent amount of money to use a bus company through Charterup and I don't think we received what we paid for. We are a travel agency and we expect our customers to be satisfied and they were very disappointed and so was I and my partner.
Our reservation number was 1497927.

On time. Clean. Driver was great!!

We used this charter bus service for our daughter's wedding weekend, and they were absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The buses were clean, comfortable, and arrived exactly on time, making transportation stress-free for our guests.

The drivers were courteous, friendly, and helped ensure everyone arrived safely and on schedule. Having dependable transportation allowed us to focus on celebrating such a special day with family and friends. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you for helping make our daughter's wedding day so memorable!

Both drivers were so warm, professional and considerate of all of our guests and their needs!
