Wonderful Awesome, helpful Polite

Everything went well for my wedding crew and the driver was very professional and helpful!!

I made changes during the registration process, and the staff that assisted me was outstanding.

Our driver was very responsive, and the riders were very pleased with the trip overall.

Driver arrived timely and provided great service. He got us to our destinations safely.

Our driver was more than on time. She was waiting for us way before our guests arrived, She was very courteous.
Adriana got us there and back safely.

Booking trip and payment was easy. Communication via email leading up to the trip date was helpful and timely. Driver was on time, very professional and courteous. Bus was clean and comfortable.
Driver even went out of his way to help a passenger who left his phone on the bus. Driver found the phone on the bus the next day and then took the time to mail the phone back to the passenger! Awesome service every step of the way!!

The driver was very friendly to all of the passengers. The driving was as smooth as possible.

Fast, easy, and very responsive Customer Service. Reviewing the various companies was simple and straightforward, which allowed the non-profit to find the best match for our route.

The coach bus was new and very clean. Driver was excellent. Communicated to us well and was on time.

We had a great experience with the charter bus service. Everyone was very pleased with the driver, he was professional, friendly and punctual. The bus was clean and comfortable and provided a tracking feature that allowed me to track the bus location while en route. We would use this company and request the same driver again for future trips!
My only suggestion is to provide the same tracking feature for the return trip as well.

Easy to make reservation.
Great customer service.
The driver was polite and on time and easy to get in touch with - thanks Ron.

And the team did a great job confirming everything for me prior.

Thank You for a Job Well Done!

A very special thank you to our two amazing bus drivers for doing such a wonderful job during our EOH Tour of the Neighborhoods on October 5th!

We truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and commitment to making sure everyone had a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience.

Thank you for being such an important part of our team and for helping us make the day a memorable one.

Great Bus trip and excellent driver (Larry)

The booking process was wonderful and the agent , Chrissy Hurst, answered my many questions and many texts promptly . The trip went smoothly and as planned.

The bus was in really great shape, clean and spacious. Most importantly the Driver Kelvin was amazing. He was nice, hospitable and most importantly he drove very safely. We barely felt any bump which was great because we have some passengers in our group that get motion sickness. Would highly recommend Gary's Tours. Thank you

It was a great day with the CharterUp organization. The busses were on time and got us to our destination in a timely matter. Great drivers, professional. We are very much satisfied and will refer you to other organizations.

Mr. Murad was really very helpful during the inspection. He was so generous in transporting us from one hospital to another. He was also very patient. I am recognizing him for doing a great job.

Very happy with the customer service and our overall experience.
