They showed up on time, assisted the handicapped folks and stored their items going to and from our venue. They were very professional from meeting them to dropping us back at our hotel. Much appreciated.

We had an excellent experience with the service provided by CharterUP! Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our group. We had an unconventional route and they provided 5 star service without batting an eyelash. I will use this service again without a doubt.

If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars, I would.
This was by the the worst experience I have ever had. I wasted over 8 hours yesterday trying to confirm a bus for my son and his friends was going to arrive on time to get to a family event. I got the run around ALL DAY long. I spoke to them nearly 15 times during the day and the bus still did not show up....I could go on and on. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I think they are a complete FRAUD. I want to go to the BBB too.

Booking was quick and easy. I really appreciate getting quotes and options. Phone representative was extremely helpful and understood our needs.

Best feature of all is the live tracking. This was so comforting to our parents while on our field trip.

The driver of bus that made two trips was fantastic. He made a round trip after dropping off the groom n the groomsmen then picking up the Bride and bridesmaids on time. Which wasn’t an easy task on the 10th. The driver of the larger bus was equally as good. I would recommend your group anytime and will not hesitate using you again.

I was late in making my booking and they were very kind and helpful.

The driver was early, and waited very patiently for everyone to get on the bus. Got into the party mood with everyone, allowing us to play our music and sing etc.

Arranging the bus was super easy. The driver arrived slightly early, so we could leave on time- which was nice. The driver stayed at each location, so he wasn't far when we needed to be picked up and taken to the next place or back to our hotel.
He was super friendly.
The only downside was I wish there was a better way to give drivers the tip.

My church group booked a trip on the date below, from CharterUP.
The bus was comfortable and clean,with overhead
storage space,and foot stands.
The driver was courteous and professional.
In booking the trip the representative, Delaney ,was very helpful.We were given a contact number for the driver,in case of any unexpected events. The driver was punctual. I highly recommend CharterUp.

If I could rate this company lower than a 1 I would. They almost ruined my entire wedding day that I had been planning for 2 years. I had used CharterUp to book transportation for my guests to go from the hotel to my Ceremony. On the morning of the wedding I got a notification of my driver and the 2 buses, and all seemed well. It wasn't until 2:15pm on the day of my wedding when I got a call from a representative at Charter Up that both of my buses would be and HOUR AND A HALF late to pick up my guests....for a 3:15pm pick up time!!! I was notified 1 hour before my wedding that my guests would not be picked up, all while trying to get into my wedding dress! When I spoke with the representatives over the phone, they were very hands off and said there was not much they could do since they are just the 3rd party service, and never did they apologize, nor try to secure other transportation for us.

Thank goodness I had other vendors who came together to help problem solve for us, but CharterUp did NOTHING. They just left me pointless VMs all throughout my wedding night, and the email process to try to get refunded kept asking me for back up of the service I never received. The funniest part is the day after my wedding I got an email asking for feedback on how they did.... for a service that NEVER SHOWED UP.

I will never be using CharterUp and their services ever again, and I would STRONGLY discourage any Bride from ever booking this company for their wedding day, unless you want unacceptable service from a third party company that doesnt take responsibility for the buses they hire. Brides you have been warned, we pay a lot of money for our makeup on our big day, dont ruin yours with tears like I did, over unreliable bus transportation. Do NOT book CharterUp, pay the few extra $$ to go with a local bus company and book directly.

Drivers were very friendly, on time, courteous, and communicated well with me. Definitely would use the service again.
