Our hotel was directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and our pickup time was right before the Fever tip-off. As a result of the Fever game, parking, Uber drop offs and bus pickups were not allowed. Our driver went above and beyond to communicate her location and suggest alternative pick-up locations. She did a great job maneuvering through the crazy game traffic (both ways!) and was extremely personable. She was terrific!

The bus was beautiful…looked brand new! The driver was great!

Trip booking was very easy, and the team at CharterUp was responsive and very accommodating. They went above and beyond for our requests and making sure we were taken care of.

Reasonable price and great service

The service was great and the driver's were very professional.

Spent nearly $3,000 for late shuttles, unsafe driving, and a insulting $187 refund

I strongly caution anyone considering this service for a time-sensitive event. We spent close to $3,000, and our experience was marked by multiple severe issues:

Severe Delays: The bus was 45 minutes late for our initial pickup (3:45 PM instead of 3:00 PM), causing guests to miss the start of our ceremony.

Useless Contact Info: The driver number given to us was wrong, reaching a complete stranger. When we called live support, they couldn't get in touch with the driver or provider either.

Unauthorized Schedule Changes: The driver unilaterally pushed our 9:30 PM return trip back to 10:00 PM and tried to cancel our scheduled 10:30 PM trip altogether.

Safety Risks: Dispatch had to step in so the final trip would even happen. When the driver finally showed up around 11:00 PM, they drove aggressively down the mountain, leaving a strong odor of burning brakes throughout the vehicle.

To top it all off, after ruining the timing of our event and risking guest safety, the company deemed a $187 refund appropriate on a $3,000 bill. Completely unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

Excellent service throughout the process. Constant communication was excellent always keeping us informed. Everything went smoothly. Bus was great and driver was wonderful. We appreciate how professional and accommodating you were. An excellent experience.

1st class service for our golf event shuttling

The bathroom on the bus was not clean before he showed up, and it had a very unpleasant smell. It should have been cleaned and properly maintained before the bus was in service.

PLEASE WORK WITH BUS COMPANIES DIRECTLY (do not use a 3rd party service) their terms allow them to cancel and change pricing on you whenever they want. This has happened to us 3 times in a row! I have lost 2 clients, and over a combined $8k, because of CharterUp. PLEASE BOOK YOUR BUSES WITH A BUS COMPANY DIRECTLY IN THE AREA YOU NEED SO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU.
